"We were frustrated in the peak of hot season, the pool was not working and no one communicated this while booking or upon arrival, I would have not booked here had I known. Also the breakfast was not great at all. No protein at all. Just toast, oatmeal and waffles. The tv also didn't work with the remote. Tried calling down and no answer, went down to front desk and no one was there. Will not book here again."

"I needed a convenient place to stay with my dog on my way back to SLC, and this place fit the bill. I was able to park right in front of my room, which was convenient for walks and potty breaks. The room was comfortable but outdated. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again when I have my dog with me."

"We chose this hotel because of its strong reviews and the promise of a smaller, more personal experience. Unfortunately, our stay did not reflect that. We arrived before check-in and explained that we had groceries needing refrigeration and that my husband had worked nights and had not yet slept. We waited nearby, but were never contacted when rooms became available. When I returned to the desk later, I was told we could check in immediately. Shortly after checking in, the water was temporarily shut off. While I understand maintenance issues happen, it would have been helpful to mention this at check-in since it occurred almost immediately after we entered our room. We also found no towels available at the pool and had to return to the lobby to request them. Again, the issue itself was minor, but the overall experience felt reactive rather than welcoming. None of these items alone would have significantly impacted our stay. However, together they created the impression that communication and guest service were not priorities. We specifically chose this property hoping for a warm, attentive experience, and unfortunately that was not what we experienced. Also, most travels have early departures or adventures planned in this area. Chose this hotel for the free breakfast, website days 6:30 am weekdays but it was not until 7 am. No hot breakfast, boiled eggs etc. it was fine but felt more like something we could have got at a gas station. A water bottle station would be nice."

"I enjoyed the helpfulness and tentativeness of the staff. The overall cleanliness of the room as well as the hotel was top-notch. I only gave four stars to the maintenance because the entry door closer to my room was non-functional however I did tell the staff about it and she did tell me she notified maintenance but during my stay it was not fixed. I will also like to add that my mother was not feeling well and one of the service desk members helped her find some salt and other things to help."

"Spider in one of the beds upon arrival. Got two insect (or something) bites in the night. Towels were stained, toilet paper roll was almost gone. Continental breakfast was ok. Check in was quick."
