Company Fishing Trip
The property was amazing. We did not want for anything. It had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, and enough bathrooms for everybody.

Great place for lots of ages
This is a very clean and well organized house. Lots of quality dinnerware as well as pots and pans. The kitchen was easy to work in. We were celebrating my husband's 70th and my daughters 40th birthdays while there. All of my kids and their spouses and their children were there, which meant there were 12 of us which included a one year old. With young children we really enjoyed being close to the beach. Also, there are bedrooms on the main floor which don't require lots of steps for older people and then the upstairs unit was perfect for my son, his wife and their four kids. Downstairs we had the kids that don't have kids and it gave them privacy. We enjoyed playing games on the table in the main area and created some fun memories from that experience. Heather was great to work with and checked on us before we went and made sure we knew she was available for any issues. We will definitely consider this home again.

Great week at the beach
We had a great family vacation at the beach. The house had plenty of space and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and organized with everything we needed. Very comfortable space for everyone in our group.

Amazing beach front house
The house was perfect for our family new year’s gathering, which included our adult children and a few of their friends. Plenty of bedrooms with 2 upstairs, 3 on main floor and 3 downstairs. Everyone had plenty of privacy but also the main gathering spaces, both inside and outside, were roomy enough for all. In the summer the pool would be amazing, but we did not use it this time. Also our dogs enjoyed the proximity to the beach! We will definitely go back!

Home was as described. Pool was wonderful. Beachfront was very convenient. Communication with Heather was fast and efficient. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestions would be new mattresses in some of the rooms as we felt they were too soft. Also a comfort height commode in master suite on main floor with some safety bars in shower would be helpful for senior guests.

Lovely vacation
Beautiful home with room for our family! 7 adults and 3 children. Even in June the beach was not busy, and we love that! The pool was great! We did end up heating it because the weather had been chilly before we came. We were really glad we did! We had one issue with the oven and Heather sent someone over right away. The property was great. Very Spacious. Super close to the beach! Property was clean upon arrival and had many things provided that typically aren’t. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Heated pool was amazing and being attached to the house was perfect - we were able to easily get out of the sun, get drinks and grandparents could easily come sit by the pool with us. Great family gathering house
Lots of bedrooms and baths, most of which were en suite. Full sized refrigerator in downstairs game room very helpful. Would help to have a floor plan to figure out sleeping arrangements beforehand, but property manager was very helpful explaining the layout.

Go Sea’s the Day
Fantastic house with room for our 12 to stay. Private beach access made early morning shell adventures for kiddos so easy for adults. The pool was just as described and a family favorite hangout. We had one glitch with the living room TV but the rental company was swift in response and keeping us updated until it was resolved. The house is top notch. The rental company was top notch. All around great rental!

Great location and beautiful house.
This house provided enough room for all of the family and friends we had at the house. We were not on top of each other and each family had their own floor. Recommend this house to any family or friends that are looking to go to the beach. The pool was much needed bonus to go along with this house to use. The kids and adults enjoyed it. Having the beach right out the back door was great as well.

I truly can't say enough great things about this home! It is everything the description says and more! The views are spectacular, the pool is great, the table and chairs on the patio were used alot...it is great to sit there and watch the ocean while enjoying a nice coastal breeze. The kitchen is truly stocked with everything you could need and the elevator makes unloading and loading your car so much easier. Heather was so great to deal with from the get go. She was so patient with all my questions I had and the couple issues we had she took care of immediately. All 15 of us give the home and her a 5 star rating!

Bay Drive Perfection
103 Bay Drive is your own little paradise!!! This home is huge and homely all at the same time!! Walk to the ocean in no time, or just admire the view from many of the outdoor patios!! This house is absolutely incredible and I’m so glad we found this place to rent... I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and anyone reading this review! Heather is absolutely spectacular! She kept me up to date on everything I needed to know prior to the trip and right up until check in. My friends were getting married and she left us some delicious cupcakes from a local bakery before we arrived!! 5 star experience all the way around. Couldn’t have been happier with this rental property!

Spacious House with amazing view and access to wide beach
The 2 top bedrooms had the most remarkable views of the beach and ocean. You could hear the waves all night (screens on the windows would have been good). Large living areas upstairs and down stairs were very nice. The kitchen opening up to the living and dining area and looking out at the pool, made for a large space that everyone had plenty of room (although we were only 7 people in this house). Overall, a wonderful week at the beach!

The house and location were superb. The house was average in cleanliness and I'll be specific with a couple of comments. The 1st floor reeked of cigar smoke. The main entrance door interior surface was grimy and the kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped down. ...not the Covid era cleanliness we expected. The TV and internet access was superb. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils although they were cheap and assorted in nature. Location, pool and property were wonderful and what we wanted to rent. Dryer needs servicing to produce consistent heat; most loads took 3 cycles at maximum time and heat.

Good location....good layout.......kitchen cabinet drawers were not acceptable for this upscale property. The drain from the AC unit keeps the area in front of elevator lower level entrance wet at all times. Some of the tile around the top of the pool had come off and had not been repaired. A property in this price range should not have these issues.

Pine Knoll Shores Paradise
We booked this house for a family vacation. We have been doing this family vacation for 20+ years and as the family has grown our needs have changed and the size of the house needed has increased. This was our first time doing Pine Knoll Shores. We did Emerald Isle back in the late 90’s for a few years. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and the living area is an open floor plan- great for big groups. The living area is separate from the sleeping area. The house is quite soundproof so if there are early risers or night owls in the house they won’t disturb those sleeping. There is plenty of space to spread out. The house had great living accommodations for our vacation and met all of our needs. The pool was a huge asset especially since the surf was really rough for the 1st half of the week. There is a shaded part of the deck and a sunbathing part. It’s set up was also great for our needs. There were 7 bedrooms with pretty much a private bath for each- such a great amenity. The beds were comfortable, and there are lots of closets. The real estate agent responsible for the rental was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. She was very pleasant to work with. There was 1 set of towels for each person and linens on the beds when we arrived. The 2 trundle beds in the house did not have linens when we arrived but once I informed the realtor, she fixed the problem immediately. There were some extra blankets and pillows, but there were no extra pillowcases if you wanted to use the pillows. However, I suspect if we asked for the extra pillow cases they would have been provided. We brought our own beach towels and beach chairs as outlined in the lease. The washing machine and dryer on the property were used and a benefit as well. The ping pong table and game room on the lower level was great for the teens on the trip! The outdoor shower was huge for showering off after the beach, and before going into the pool, although it only has cold water. The house is next to a private beach used by residents of the neighborhood. We found that to be a benefit because the beach flags were visible to us each day and could let us know about the surf and swimming conditions. Pine knolls shores is a great location, close to stores and restaurants. Very easy to get around. Overall this is an awesome house, and we had a great vacation at the property. We hope to go back again in the future! I would move in if I could!

Great location. Wonderful beach neighborhood.
The location of the house was wonderful! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Beach was immaculate! Not too crowded. The house was just OK. We did see a few palmetto bugs, as other reviewer‘s mentioned. Also, as other reviewer‘s mentioned, it did get a little extra hot under the covering on the back porch because the AC units are underneath. This is not a house for you if you are particular about cosmetics. Couple drawers broken in the kitchen. The cabinets are not super nice. Cracked tiles on the kitchen floor. Broken blinds. But Heather was very responsive and addressed any concerns I had the minute I would text or call her. She was 5 star! What I am learning, is that if you want a perfect house, you’re going to pay double what this property costs. So it’s all about what you are looking for and what you can afford. All in all, we had a really great vacation at Seas the Day!

Dirty, roaches, worn and broken down. Big disappointment.
Worst house we’ve rented in 20 years. It has quite a roach problem. We had huge roaches in the kitchen and even in 3 of the bedrooms. There is a fair amount of old garbage under the walkways under the deck. There was garbage and water floating in a plastic can on the deck. The elevator never worked and we had a disabled person with us so this was a significant problem. The kitchen pots and pans are in terrible shape with rust and damage and the ‘stocked’ kitchen only had salt and pepper. Not even a grater... Kitchen drawer was broken so the silverware had to be on one of the 3 pantry shelves. The refrigerator leaks and there is a puddle in front of it that has to be mopped up at least 1-2 times daily. The house is in clear need of basic maintenance and a good deep clean. There is terrible scale in the bathrooms, etc... There was only one set of keys in the lockbox. The upstairs bedroom windows having no blinds was also odd at night getting ready for bed and disruptive to sleeping in the morning. The mattress in the smaller upstairs bedroom is also quite broken down and makes it difficult for two people to sleep in it since it collapses in the middle. Numerous living room chairs have broken springs. The tiles off the pool were only cosmetic, but were pretty much in line with the rest of the house. Hugely disappointing.

Each time we get a review we certainly address all issues mentioned., as we strive to keep our guests happy and enjoying their vacation. I always contact all my guests personally by phone so they feel comfortable calling me or texting me with any issues or concerns they are having during their stay. It's always so nice when I get a call or text from a guest saying...did you know this was going on? Or this isn't working...like a toaster oven that was broken and I had it replaced the next day. I truly wish that you had addressed these issues with me, because we certainly could have taken care of most of them. For example, the elevator. If you had just taken the time to let me know via a text or a call that it was broken-which it was-it had taken a lightning strike to the main control board and definitely needed a service call, then we would have had it fixed very quickly for you. It only took a few hours for the elevator company to fix the elevator for the next guests. Again, thank you for taking the time to write your review. Heather :)

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, roomy house. We used the pool every day. Beach was easily accessible. The house is very conveniently located close to the Food Lion and restaurants in Atlantic Beach. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook. Los of games provided in the game room. Big beautiful home and pool, perfect for multiple families
We enjoyed our vacation with our extended family. This home was very well stocked with everything we needed. It is comfortable and well taken care of. The pool is large compared to other properties we have rented in the past. (and we have rented several beach homes both along the Crystal Coast and Top Sail). The location is perfect.

This is our third year staying at Seas The Day. This house is perfect for our families! This year we had 14 people staying for most of the week. It is a beautiful home inside and out and has lots of room for relaxing and/or playing. The pool was the perfect temperature (which I was worried about since we were coming earlier than we have in the past) and very clean! We love the short walk out to the beautiful beach. The kitchen had everything we needed as we all take turns cooking a meal! (Having the extra refrigerator downstairs was a blessing). The game room is always a hit - for several of us love to play ping pong or gathering around the large kitchen table upstairs playing card games! Heather made sure everything was just right for us and if something came up, she and her team took care of it quickly and efficiently. We are already looking forward to next years trip!!!! Beautiful home, private beach access, refreshing pool, lots of room to entertain!
We enjoyed a wonderful week at this home on Atlantic Beach. The home was very spacious we had 13 but it could easily accommodate 17 people. Each room had amazing views of the pool or ocean and the multiple decks were great for watching the waves and getting pictures at sunrise. The pool was clean and refreshing. Definitely nice to have when you want a break from the beach or to enjoy a night swim. We cooked most of our meals in and were surprised by the fully stocked kitchen (they even have pie plates and a rolling pin). Heather Robertson Mloganoski and her team At Waves Edge Vacation Rentals were FANTASTIC to work with. Their customer service went above and beyond. Any slight issues that arose were immediately handled. I highly recommend this property!

Our Thanksgiving family week
The house was perfect for our family. So convenient to the ocean. The game room was a great hit for my grandson and others. We had a family ping pong tournament. The refrigerator was needed, in the game room, as we brought food to prepare for a Thanksgiving Fest. We all slept well and the private bathrooms were a bonus. We worked 2 1000 piece puzzles.The only thing that did not do good was the fish were not very hungry. All in all, it was great!! I would highly recommend this place.
