Missing latch on door, thermostat, and toilet roll holder. Everything felt very used. We try to stay in newer hotels or recently renovated hotels and it was noticeably not newer.

Horrible characters
Staff very rude. State that no cops because classy white people stay there.. the rooms are not very clean. House keepers walk in immediately without warning and ifnh say no thank you they persist to come in and clean or be nozy. I will never stay again

Very run down, but it looks like they attemped to update which was ok. Bedspread was dirty, terrible wall patch in bathroom, heater rattled terribly. Sketchy parking lot. Breakfast server was fantastic snd kept it very clean. The breakfast was good.

Room with a view and eco-friendly with laundry. Let the last guests used wash cloth hangin to dry in the shower. Hard pass.

Heating unit making to much noise. Had to turn off. TV to small and didn’t work all of the time. Free breakfast was a joke. They only had scrambled eggs. Waffle maker didn’t work only cooked waffle part way and was not able to be eaten. Bagel was hard. Apple juice was mostly water.

A nice face lift was attempted without infastructure repairs making for poor electrical with cords all over and poor lighting, entrance doors don't function, shower runs all over the floor in the bathroom. The flooring had deep guages and was dirty in the corners. Face boards were placed on existing walls that did not fit properly and had actually broken in corcers or left holes for the electrical to be brough through.

GOOD: Hotel is nice and the rooms are great. BAD: The pictures dont show it but its right on railroad tracks. Loud trains came though standing on the horn every night at 1:20AM and 3:00AM. The gym equipment is lacking and the treadmill doesn't work.

We didn't stay in the room because it smelled so much like fake cleaner scent that we couldn't tolerate it. The front desk lady was nice, but no management on site and they didn't return my calls and they denied a refund through expedia after they called them multiple times. Good times

Stayed at this facility last year. Since that time, they have made some progress with their renovation efforts but they are not complete. The beds were comfortable and clean and the shower had good pressure and the water was hot. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

Driving up to the property was dirty and a old dead bird in front of the door,check in was ok,did some cheap remodeling,hall way carpet was stained and smelled terrible,tv remote was taped up and didnt work,the bed was good,my wife didnt even shower,we left as soon as we woke up,dont stay here,was $140,there has to be better places in our state capital

Stay away from this place
Carpet in hallway was worn and thread bare. Door had a hole in the bottom. Room had multiple cracks which were badly patched. Sheets were so bad that we both itched all night. I think they weren't rinsed/washed well enough. Breakfast was marginal at best. The 2 times we went to talk with the front desk, they were on their cell phones and the hotel phone was left unanswered. No one seemed to care about anything. Worst night I have had in a long time.

I understand there's construction on a portion 9f the building........that's means extra effort into cleaning, it's just the opposite. This property needs a good cleaning from top to bottom.
