This was a last minute booking and the apartment was very nice, conveniently close to the ferry port. Exceeded my expectations in most all regards. There is no openable window in the bedroom (that we could find) so the bedroom was seriously stuffy. We were only there for one night so didn't contact management about it but would have if we were staying for longer.

The view is really unbelievable. Right on the waterfront looking down the sound. It makes it hard to leave the apartment, but the location is also totally central and provides easy access to the harbor, the business district, and to lots of walking tracks. Very highly recommended.

Great views. Clean. However, the check in was confusing. Website said different management agency. Perhaps it has been updated? Check in time buried in information. Telephone number didn’t work for US Verizon? Quite stressed person answered the phone when borrowed locals phone to get information

Fantastic stay
An excellent stay, the property was clean and large with lots of facilities like washing machine, drying rack, washing powder etc. dishwasher and dishwasher tablets. Some additional staples would have been handy like cooking oil, foil, spices. The views were amazing of the sounds. Unbeatable! Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the views really was special. The location was 10/10 also, being right in the thick of Picton you could access bars and restaurants within 1 minute. We stayed in 403 and would highly recommend it.

The “waterfront” apartment is certainly not waterfront - it overlooks a public car park and some buildings before you get a glimpse of the water - very disappointing! For the cost we expected waterfront, a pod coffee machine, tasteful decor, decent shampoos/showergels etc (not budget supermarket brand) and not a noisy car park. Really disappointed - was not “as advertised” and will never stay again.

Everything about this property was excellent The appartment is spacious and well appointed. There are small personel touches around the apartment. The view over the harbour is excellent

I was disappointed this property was so far from the downtown of Picton. Not walking distance and about an 8 minute drive which is not far except when expecting to be able to walk. The place was also not as clean as I would have expected and needs updating.

Thanks Linda, the property is called Waikawa 8 and is located on the maps as in Waikawa not Picton. I will discuss with the cleaners re the condition of the house

Lovely spacious apartment.
Lovely spacious apartment. Great location, frontline as the name suggests, with a large Balcony. Clean apartment, powerful showers, and comfortable beds, although didn't like the Canopy over the master bed. Had a great dinner in the Restaurant below the apartment, which was handy as it had been raining all day and we didn't get wet getting to it.

The pictures of the apartments looks like they are over the shops when the apartment we were placed in was a block away - I think the pictures are taken of the luxury apartments and we where placed in the secondary block, but paid top dollar

Excellent location, property manager was awesome to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with our three bedroom two bathroom accommodation. Fabulous views and close to great cafes and restaurants. A lovely stay for my family

Spacious apartment. Downstairs had bedrooms and bathrooms which were a bit basic. Bathrooms small with no light, dated fixtures, but functional. Upstairs kitchen, dining and living - spacious and very well appointed. Balconies on both levels overlooking car park then harbour. Dishwasher that stunk, lots of dishes, glasses, kitchenware.
