Had one recurring glitch with a room keycard, but the staff was right on it. Everyone was so friendly and interested in helping us that in a short time I felt like I was living in a small, warm and friendly home. A small group of old college grads were creating a reunion. I called the morning before our arrival and the person at the desk easily accomodated our wish for rooms next to each other. From the front door through to everyone else we got smiles and by day 2 felt at home. Rooms were clean. Interesting design.

We recently stayed at the Westin and loved it. For us, it was very centrally located for visiting the historic tourist areas and the Art Museum. The staff were incredibly helpful, making sure we had the best possible directions and plan for our trip.
The hotel itself looks like it's been recently updated and has a very cool vibe. We were so tired the first night we stayed in an ate dinner at the hotel bar. It felt like a night out. The food was great and the service was excellent. Can't say enough good things.
I chose the hotel for the price, so I was extremely pleased when I found a comfortable, clean and well appointed room (I had one with a kitchenette). The location is excellent, the fitness center is good, the restaurant is great, internet is free, as well as bottles of water that you can pick up by the elevator on every floor.
This hotel is amazing! During check in we asked for a late checkout and they allowed us to stay until 2pm. The room was wonderful and the bed was the most comfortable ever. Hotel is close to lots of restaurants and bars, the room service is good and affordable if you want to stay in.
I gave Expedia unpublished hotels a try, and for dirt cheap on a Friday, I got the freakin' 4-star Hyatt at the Bellevue! Honestly, I haven't been disappointed yet in doing those mystery hotels. The place is classy, it's downtown near all the good stuff, and a few blocks from the gayborhood.
