In a very convenient spot near beach quite a quiet resort compared to others. Pools excellent, gym good, room very large good bed. Only downside poor lighting around bed so unable to read and needs another chair and table on balcony.

When arriving I had booked for 2adults and one child in 2 rooms only to find out they had only one bed in each room and if we wanted an extra bed we had to pay 600 to a 1000 Bhat each room. After negotiating hard we got it down 600. It was very late at night and I don’t think it fair when we think we have accommodation booked to arrive to find we are in a room with one bed for three people

Very quite area, breakfast was not sufficient, staff were okay, the beach was 5 minutes walk and very clean.There's a construction in the next to hotel, you can't really enjoy the pool.

Brilliant resort at an affordable rate
This hotel is right next to Surin beach and very comfortable. We were very impressed given the low price. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice for the area beach is a five min walk pools are very clean and warm breakfast was always very good l liked there was a person watching security camera of facility housekeeping did great job everyday it’s on a nice street that has most whatever you might need I would visit again

Phuket Getaway
A nice little hotel but a lot of construction going on in the day time. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. The pools are pretty good. Good size rooms.

A good place to get a quiet rest at night
Check-in was fast and simple, the room was clean and spacious with an industrial style. Only thing to note is the lack of elevator if you've excess baggage.

Good, but not the best.
"Free parking" is not the hotels, rather the one for the local beach. Otherwise room was good beside every window and door having been left open and a lot of wildlife getting in. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

Great location
Staff and hotel were great. Room was large with option of fan or air con. Well set out furnishing and small courtyard with a clothes rack for your laudry. Pool and restaurant were also good. Restaurants st your door and beach 5min walk. Activities can be booked through reception and towels available for pool or beach at no extra charge. Thanks guys for the ecperience.

Great Budget hotel

Do not have high expectations!
We arrived at this hotel and the location is good, next to a quiet beach with families and older couples. Definitely not a party area. Our check in was pleasant, the room is large, clean with a nice size balcony (note: there is construction around this hotel, so some noise during the day). The first night our air conditioning was not working. so late at night my husband went down to the lobby to request another room and the night person was not so helpful as he was busy gaming on his cell phone and was not interesting in helping us out. After my husband being polite and courteous we did manage to get another room at 1:00 am and the air conditioning worked fine. Note: no elevator at this hotel so if you are on the top floor you are climbing 6 flights of stairs. The breakfast is ok but remember this is a 3 star hotel. The cleaning ladies are very polite and always have a smile for you. The pools are nice but the only complaint we would have... we found that it was noisy as there is construction around you and the bugs were bothersome (it would be nice if they would spray or put some kind of citronella or a bug zapper out) Just remember it is a 3 star hotel in a good location and you get what you pay for. We would not stay here again and instead pay additional $$$ for a nicer hotel

Close to Surin Beach
Nice hotel only a couple of minutes walk from Surin Beach. Good room, although extra single bed was very basic (not a full matress; more like a thin rollaway). Breakfast was simple but good. We had to endure a presentation from a russian tour guide one morning (conducted in the alfresco breakfast area) as we were neither russian nor part of the tour group; the intense audio onslaught was something of an intrusion to the otherwise peaceful surroundings.

Noisy and location
Construction going even till midnight for a 6 floors condo next door and behind the hotel. Picture and name (boutique) is deceiving, it doesn’t look like a boutique ore like a motel. Inside, the room looks are concrete floors and concrete poured table. Most rooms have balcony but looking to other buildings. Hard to find good shop around or have to rent a motorcycle. Far from the airport, paid 600 for taxi , no minibus to hotel. Hot water off from time to time, has to call to fix it.

Gorgeous hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely stay again. The hotel is located on a quiet street by Surin beach and the beach itself is gorgeous as well. There are a few restaurants near by including "Audy" (I think that was the name which was absolutely amazing! The only two pieces of constructive criticism I would give are that they should have more ethnic breakfast as welll as softer beds. I also thought the mattress was too firm but my partner and toddler didn't have a problem with it. Overall, loved the hotel!

Beautiful hotel close to a quiet gorgeous beach!
The hotel isn't like the other ones on the same road that have massive grand entrances snd therefore can be a bit misleading. The hotel is small but has everything you need! The rooms are gorgeous, simple, clean and yet have a special boutique feel that you won't get at a Novotel or Holiday Inn. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful and made our stay a joy. The pools are small but fine, there are masseuses on site, the food is homemade and yummy as well! The breakfast offers a wide range of choice - eggs, bread, pancakes, cereal as well as traditional Thai food, coffee, teas and juice as well as fresh fruit. We ate two meals at the hotel that were very reasonable and lovely! Even though we couldn't check in when we arrived as we got there quite early they let us stay by the pool and use the facilities until our room was ready - which they gave us an hour before the check in time. The only tiny complaint I have is that the aircon in our room didn't work very well - and they did try to fix it but it just didn't cool properly. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel close to beach, massage and eats.
A pleasant stay, our room was spacious, clean, with a few nice decorative touches, good fridge, tea coffee, bottled water, safe etc. Beautiful beach, less than 5 min walk, with clear water, fun waves, shady trees and some really good street food stalls... Perfect holiday stuff. Two pools of different depths, sun lounges, and a pretty reasonable buffet breakfast round the place off as a great holiday destination.

Wonderful Hotel near beach
Hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of Patong if you prefer a quieter location. Staff was friendly, daily free breakfast was great. Surin beach is just a few minutes walking distance across from the hotel. I'd definitely come back and stay here again.

good location for Surin beach area & good value, breakfast was ok (but not brilliant), wi fi worked well & generally pleasant for short stay. down side was no cover to get from rooms to front reception & cars so got very wet in downpours.

Clean spacious room. TV was fuzzy and small. Free wifi was good and fast! Hotel is small but 2 pools. Looks like the photos. A lot of construction noise when I was there. Didn't try to restaurant but it looked mediocre. Would recommend going to the 5 star hotels next door for food instead! Overall, yiu get what you pay for and for such a cheap price, it wasn't bad. Beds were rock hard.

Great spot not far from the beach
Surintra is a great little place within walking distance of Surin beach and a number of food shots spots. It is a lovely place to relax and recuperate.

Let me down this year. Dont like return customer!
I have stayed here before and loved it. So we came back. However this year they gave away the room I paid for months in advanced. They said they up graded us. But walking up 3 flights of steps in this heat and the oposite end of the hotel from the pool is not an up grade to me. The room is half the size of the room we paid for!! You cannot lay in the bed and watch tv because of this weird bed will block the view. They had this weird painting on the wall I had to take down and hide. The painting looked like someone was murdered in it. Doubt I will go back. They dont like return customers!!

Friendly Hotel Close to the Beach
Friendly Hotel within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hotel cleaniness to a high standard. Small family run Hotel with two pools and a few sun lounges. Breakfast is buffet style with a mixture of English/Thai which was very satisfactory for us. Bedroom very large and comfortable with shower facilities. Clean towels everyday with 2 small bottles of complimentary water. The room has a mini safe and a large fridge. The only comment is that if stairs are difficult request a downstairs room which we did on the booking form and were allocated one. I would like to congratulate all the Staff on the pride they take in the running of this hotel

Small and quiet hotel at Surin Beach which is the best part of Phuket. We stayed in Delux room which was large and cool. It was a great, private retreat after hot days on beach. Friendly staff and most guests just wanting to chill out. Had lovely stay.

Perfect for transit stop
Friendly staff who looked after us. The breakfast has quite a number of options. The bathroom was great in terms of size. The fridge and kitchenette is outside in the back patio area for some reason? Not a big deal. The rooms were spacious and cool.

Unique Boutique Resort
The pool is open till 9pm, so excellent for an evening swim Plenty of scooters & taxis available for a ride to Patong Beach & Bangla Road if you are missing the crowds. Breakfast is included and varied. They have 2 outdoor pools, great massages available for about £8.00.

Across the street from the beach!
Awesome hotel a two minute walk to the beach. Loved the room decor. The only minus is the bathroom door was a glass door that provided little privacy other than a stencil pattern on the door and the shower floor had rocks on the bottom that made it slightly uncomfortable. Overall though the entire stay was great - would definitely book again.
