The shower in room 310 is not very good, a lot of water comes out and goes on to the floor of the bathroom

Its was a little far from the main attractions like bangla road. 15 to 17 minutes is too far ror me.

OK hotel. Old rooms, nothing special. TV has hardly any English channels. I rather got bothered trying to see something in TV. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff

The swimming pool filter system broke down leaving the pool dirty green and smelly 4 days to put right so could not use the pool the water system also broke down no shower for a week had to boil electric kettle for hot water so I could at least shave the buffet breakfast was egg on toast unless you liked rice which I don't

Nice hotel, excellent location!! Loved it
Overall it was a good experience. There were some good and bad things about it. Good: -location is excellent. Beach is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Shopping and restaurants same in 2 minutes. So everything is very close. - the room is isolated from the outside noise. So its pretty quiet. -the pool and the garder area are beautiful - room service is fast and the food is delicious Bad: - the breakfast is always the same, not much choiches and taste nothing. - our bathroom smalled always funny and the toilet was blocked a couple of times. - the coctails are awful! Dont try it We def recommended!

Location is amazing, 5 min walk from the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area very quiet, nice break after busy outside. Cleanliness of the towels and bedding is below any rating, should invest in new stuff as it is discussing.

I enjoyed my staff at the property. The room was cleaned and well maintained. The sheets and the room was cleaned each day and stocked with supplies. Only observations is the towels for the pool are a bit mediocre. This didn’t take way from my stay. It would be perfect if they had fly screens on the Balcony doors.

The room is dirty and filled with uncomfortable smell. Most importantly, the bathroom is insane. The bathtub is full of stink and the toilet is smelly. The whole room made us uncomfortable. It's crazy. I think it did not meet the basic criteria of a hotel or resort whatever... The cleanliness is the most basic criteria. It really caused a trouble to us and makes our trip very unpleasant. And I don't think the room is suitable for anyone to rent. The air ventilation is extremely poor as well. There is a odour when we once get into the room, especially the toilet. The odour is so unbearable. Moreover, the receptionist is rude.

Hotel was in a pretty good location, a couple of hundred feet from the beach, and has a nice small pool. It is still being refurbished in some parts of the hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing so in 10days we only went once to try it and never went back, very little on offer and not very well done. Luckily it's cheap enough to eat elsewhere. Staff were ok and the mad cleaned the room to a good standard. We would recommend coconut village but don't expect much from breakfast..

Proprty and rooms were next to busy street. Upgraded rooms with balcony amd was stuck on 1st floor. Hot water in shower never worked. Towels were stained and old. Had to ask for new sheets as the new ones put on by housekeeping were stained.

Location very good pool is great and the bar . Stayed 3 days and would stay there again. Tub in the bathroom 2 could relax in no problem loved it .
