Spent $300 for one night. There was nothing special about this hotel to justify the cost. At least there could be free coffee beyond the crap in the room. The main problem was a very noisy AC unit. The front desk said many of the rooms have noisy AC. No individual controls of the AC in the room.

The staff at this property really goes above and beyond. Not only did the front desk help me to arrange transportation everywhere I needed, but they were incredibly helpful and responsive to other things I needed during my stay. The only thing that was frustrated is that my booking said breakfast was included and it wasn’t.

What happened?!
Was charged three times for incidentals totalling $300. Room key stopped working as their system showed I was not even checked in although I had all my things in the room
This is a great hotel. The location is excellent right off the 101 loop. It’s quiet, clean and cozy. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Also the staff was wonderful.

Worst hotel ever with the worst staff ever
Front disk lance was extremely rude and very unprofessional
Angie assistant manger was even worse and more rude.
Never ever stay in this bad spot

This property is very old and in need of major renovations. The AC was so loud and just ran continually even on Auto and never really cooled the room well. The bathrooms are old and outdated with warped doors and peeling paint not to mention no exhaust fan so it make the whole room hot, hence the AC never shutting off and cooling the room. The property itself around is ok, but the rooms need to be updated.

The property was nice and clean. The restaurant was small.
Post COVID not having the trash taken out and have to call for toilet paper is not appealing.
I guess this is the new way of doing business.
Great place, location, the restaurant had great food, clean and tremendous staffing. I will come back soon. Just keep the prices down please. Less than $150

The hotel is not as updated as I thought it should be but it was clean for the most part. It was lacking some updates related to phone/ computer charging. There is a business area but nothing in room. The service was somewhat poor we didn't get our breakfast vouchers upon check in and the sever at breakfast was rude, I was informed that because I didn't come to breakfast with my spouse I would have to pay. I would recommend staying here if you value customer service.

Service and items in working order are the top priorities with me so these items mentioned will be addressed.
the only small downside is the the inroom lamps and desk fixtures did NOT have USB connectors included. there are plenty of plugs on the walls and on the table lamps. if you forget to bring your own plug and only have the USB cord, then you are out of luck. Walmart is luckily nearby.
