Peaceful, comfortable, safe, and dog-friendly casita
My spouse and I had a wonderful two-week stay with our two small dogs! This casita was incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the hosts could not be more welcoming of both us and our four-legged family members! The home was comfortable, and the fenced-in yard was so nice to have for our dogs! (It was a bonus that the hosts’ two dogs got along with ours very well!) While we enjoyed going out for dinners nearby, we appreciated that the small kitchenette allowed us to prep simpler meals when we wanted to stay in. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the silence and darkness at night made for great sleeping conditions! Also, the garage was a great additional part of the unit that added convenience and value to our stay, as we could easily store our bikes and dog trailer when we went out. This was definitely one of our favorite rentals, and we hope to return!

Our Fourth Stay…..
We are so delighted to spend time at this stunning casita. This was our fourth vacation here…..already looking forward to being here in 2024. Location: close to restaurants both casual and upscale….close to entertainment venues…close to churches….close to the 101 so you have easy access to the entire valley….close to hiking and biking. Truly an ideal location! Property: a very cozy casita with a lovely bedroom, large bathroom and living area. Kitchen is small, but, there are appliances available for casual meal preparation. The full sized refrigerator and washer and dryer are most convenient for an extended stay. We so appreciate the convenience of a single car garage. Stunning pool! Owners: Bryan and Colleen are amazing hosts. Readily available if needed, but, completely respectful of your privacy. Traveling with your furry children? Rest assured they will be completely spoiled with infinite pets and many snacks. They just might want to stay there permanently! The best casita in North Scottsdale!

An Excellent Vacation
Bryan and Colleen were amazing hosts. The property was better than expected, the bed so very comfortable, the shower was awesome, pool (cold) but great to be out in the sun! The best
We spent 2 months at the Casita and it was amazing. It is a nice, very clean, cozy, and felt like home. There was everything you could need and more. Colleen and Bryan were the best hosts and cared so much for our dogs. They truly loved them. I can’t say enough good about the Casita. Sitting outside on the porch each morning enjoying coffee was heaven. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again. Already missing Colleen, Bryan, Fawn and Bruce. They are the best. Hugs.

Our Winter Retreat
Our third stay with Bryan and Colleen. They are warm and inviting hosts. We enjoy their hospitality and beautiful accommodations. Our furry children are endlessly spoiled by Bryan. Bryan and Colleen were the perfect hosts. They were extremely easy to communicate with. The rental was beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We traveled with our dog, they are total dog people. They made it clear our dog was welcome and had the run of the property. We look forward to staying with them again.

Nice little casita in North Scottsdale
This rental is exactly what we were looking for. Well kept up and cared for. Nice quiet area in Scottsdale. Close to just about everything. We had a slight problem with the TV and Brian was quick with a fix. The only small problem for us was the Wi-Fi being slow at times. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great stay and great host!
Colleen and Bryan were great host, the Casita was perfect for my wife and I. Having a garage to park your car in was a huge benefit and keep the car cool. Nice and very quite neighborhood, my wife went for her daily runs without any problems. Great golf and restaurants are near the Casita. You will enjoy your stay at this Casita!

Bryan and Colleen make their casita a wonderful place to stay!
This is our second month long stay at Bryan and Colleen's casita. Located in a lovely neighborhood, it is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in sunny AZ. They made us, and our golden retriever Nellie, feel right at home. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area outside the casita that was used every day, especially by Nellie! She loved the dog treats that seemed to appear every time she saw Bryan. The casita is an easy drive to restaurants and local shopping and the weather could not have been better. We'd love to came back. Thank you, Bryan and Colleen!

My wife and I spent a week in this wonderful casita visiting our son in the Phoenix area. Can not say enough about this great place, it had everything that you would possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable. Bryan was a great host and we enjoyed our conversations with him. We hope to someday return and we both highly recommend this place.

Our Second Visit
We returned to the most adorable casita in Scottsdale. It is everything the listing says it is….only better! A lovely and secure yard for our three furry children! Bryan and Colleen spoiled them every day with treats and special love. The size is just right for our extended stay. It’s as comfortable as being at home. We had total privacy, yet, Bryan and Colleen are steps away if needed. We love having the garage. The full-size refrigerator is an added bonus. We were able to host a few family members for Christmas and had room to store all the goodies. The location is ideal. A myriad of restaurants and activities within a two mile radius. A perfect getaway for our month with our family. We look forward to returning in 2022! Bryan and Colleen are the best hosts we have encountered. A very special couple with an amazing VRBO.

Nice comfortable place
This is such a cute little guest house. The owners live in the home right next to it. We had their backyard to ourselves, which includes a swimming pool and hot tub. Unfortunately Scottsdale is so hot that the pool was overly warm. But my niece and I still did some swimming. Safeway and Starbucks are 5 minutes away! Overall, a nice place for two people.

Terrific property and location
Very much enjoyed this property in all aspects. It is very near hiking trails, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. Bryan and Colleen were super friendly and helpful, and the casita was perfect. Even though the weather was marginal and included a lot of rain and even snow, I still enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Little Casita in a Lovely Neighborhood
Bryan and Colleen were the perfect hosts for our 5 week stay in their lovely casita. Our 9 month old golden retriever, Nellie, will attest to that! Bryan treated her to doggie treats every day, which she loved. Beautifully landscaped yard, pool and hot tub. Great location for walking and nearby golfing and shopping. This was a nice place to stay. It does suggest it could accommodate four , feel for 2 adults it was perfect. The pool and hot tub are directly behind their house which does make it awkward. We did use the hot tub once. There is a nice overhang on the porch of the casita which is a private area, with comfortable furniture, pretty flowers and nicely maintained yard. Location is good to downtown and to hiking trails.

Amazing Retreat!!
We cannot day enough about this desert retreat! Spectacular setting in a peaceful and private oasis. Bryan and Colleen were perfect hosts. Check in was simple. The casita was clean and decorated in a warm and inviting manner. We brought our dogs and they were so welcomed by our hosts. Spoiled is a better word! Bryan always had a bag of treats for our furry children! GiGi learned to wait outside the patio door for Bryan’s treat bounty. Bryan and Colleen became Charco’s adoptive parents and his new BFF!! Charco spent play dates at their home. LOL! We had a marvelous month here. The location was perfect for our needs: close to stores, restaurants and churches. We are sad to leave but look forward to our next visit here. You will not be disappointed. Everything is as pictured and described: only better! Thank you to our amazing hosts. An enchanting month of food, family and restorative relaxation.

The Best Place EVER!!!
I couldn't have found a better place to stay nor better people to stay with! I've always had great luck with VRBO, but this was an amazing time for both myself and my little puppy dog, Beau! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here with Bryan and Coleen! They go way beyond the normal rental owners and are so thoughtful and ready to help you with any needs or questions you may have. I had minor surgery and they helped my stay and recovery become more of a vacation!!! Many hugs to the both of them!
