When I got there the pool was down, tv didn’t work, painted duct tape closing my door, the room was dirty. My door closed didn’t work. I felt unsafe. I packed my bags & went somewhere else.

I liked all the room the room had. I love that it had a complete ķitchen. Everything worked in kitchen. I loved the regular size refrigerator in the room. It's a shame the prices were raised and I couldn't stay longet.

The floor was dirty, cereal on the floor. Smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. They refused me my deposit refund because the room smelled like cigarette smoke. They told me I was supposed to report any problem beforehand. They are using any previous guests destruction on any future guests against them to keep the security deposit and it's not right. They are scamming and stealing any guests money. I have never had a problem like this in my life staying at a hotel. I regret staying at this location and you will too if you stay there. This is my warning to anyone who thinks they're getting a good hotel rate, YOU ARE NOT IN THE END. Stay Away!!!

The room I reserved was nothing I expected in the worst way possible. I booked a non-smoking room, and ended up in a room that reeked of smoke. There were leftovers in the fridge that hadn't been cleaned out, the floor had a layer of dirt, the bedding wasn't fully provisioned, and the toilet paper wasn't fully provisioned. I ended up leaving not long after checking in. The receptionist, however, was the nicest lady ever and had no qualms about me getting refunded due to the situation. She's the only reason the 'Staff & Service' section even gets 5 stars.

This was beyond the most disgusting room I ever booked absolutely zero attempt to clean or manage the situation. The bathroom had the most foul stench or urine to the point that i immediately left. Holes were barely patched with paint splattered all over the floors. Bathroom sink surrounded by so much hair I can’t believe someone is allowed to run a business this way. Your employee was not even shocked that I chose to cancel my reservation clearly your employees don’t care about getting the job done correctly at all.

We did not enjoy staying this place at all, the room they put us in was like a dumpster, it didn’t have any trash can, I asked the front desk staff for one, they told me they don’t have any, but they can give me a small plastic bag for it, what? We are traveling a lot and this was the 1st place we stayed that didn’t have A trash can. We personally think the room they gave us should not to be in service, there was a food box under the bed, no trash cans, the table was wobbly , and bathroom counter top has stained very bad, and sink was very rusted…. Me and my son did sleep at all, because it was ver loud outside. Plus, next morning when I was trying to check out early, there was no staff on duty, there was “8:30am” sign on the office door, but we waited until 9:30am, stall no staff showed up. So we give up, dropped the key into the box and left… I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I arrived for my reservation and the hotel was overbooked. I asked how they could allow for this to happen and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude and stated that Expedia is overbooking them and they have had to turn away a lot of people. She was very rude did not apologize for the inconvenience that it put me in. She stated that it wasn’t her problem. This company is through red roof inn. I’ve had this situation happen once before and they called one of their sister hotels to transfer the reservation. I will not be dealing with red roof inn again

People collecting trash in the hallways is discouraging. It is attracting the homeless people who could be dangerous. At 8 pm it’s not too late to have a team on the ground cleaning or keeping the area clean. Not sure why under the stairs also had a collection of smelly trash.

My whole experience was terrible, i get to the hotel and was asked to wait while they get my room ready. This was at 8pm at night. 30 minutes later i get my room key. My daughter and i get to our room and the first problem, was thst it smelt like cigarettes, then i wemt to the bathroom and we had no toilet paper and the toilet wouldnt flush. I go back down and ask for a new room. The new room they gave me smelt like smoke and on the brand new towels has wads of hair on it. The counters had cigarette burn marks. It was a terrible place. Dont stay here, dont even think about staying here.

This place was the dirtiest, filthiest and unprofessional place I’ve ever seen it was so bad that we didn’t even stay the night there, the staff was lazy and unaccommodating to the handicapped. Thank goodness we were only there for a concert in Phoenix. I felt so bad leaving my handicapped mother in law stay in a place like that for a few hours but she didn’t want us to miss the concert to find a better hotel. So she stayed there the few hours the concert lasted and then I picked her up and we drove back to Tucson. If this is the only place to stay at while you’re on the road just keep driving or sleep on your car you will probably be better off.

Bed was made. Not sure the last time it had been mopped. Zero toiletries, unless requested. Got a kitchenette, no dishes or pans available. Not even paper. No coffee/tea options for morning. Cigarette smoke was so heavy that when I arrived to my meeting, others let me know I smelled of cigarettes. I don't know where the pictures online came from but it was not what I walked into.

Bugs everywhere in the room. Electrical sockets were unsafely covered by tape or broken covers. A wall was crumbling. Past water damage had not been properly repaired. The tub was gross. The shower leaked a steady stream and the sink dropped. The old ac unit had not been removed and was hanging on the wall. The outside door did not seal and the street noise was awful. The paint was falling off the walls. Basically the room was disgusting and a shame to Red Roofs reputation. Contact us if you want pictures.

Only 2 small couch pillows, non-standard size. Only a top sheet with no blanket or comforter. Lots of TLC is needed as this hotel has been used and abused. There are cigarette burns on every counter top and it clearly states no smoking. There is rust in the bathroom tub and burn holes on the toilet seat. It is an extended stay and needs to be kept up for the overnighteers. I would not recommend this hotel at all plus they are price gouging at $167 a night plus $100 deposit for credit card users.
