Scared for my life!
I did not even step foot into the hotel. The entrance was coned off and there were homeless people and individuals doing drugs all around me. Terrible experience. The address and or location must have a problem.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. There was no power cord for the television when we checked in. Luckily my fiancé works in IT and used one he had with him. When we were electing to stay another night I was keeping rudely came in and accused us of smoking in the room just because we had a Vape mod on the table. After playing with the housekeeper who I thought understood we did not smoke in the room and we did not Vape in the room she seemed OK. Then I proceeded to go to the desk and a manager came out and said I could not book instead he walked me up to my room and he told me that we could not take the power cord that we provided for the television as well as that we smoked in the room and we did not! I have never been so humiliated in my life and as I have enjoyed other holidays and I will be spreading the word on this evil establishment. The way we were treated was inhumane and later we found out that we were charged for a power cord for the television even though they kept the one we provided! All I was doing was holding onto someone’s Vape mod I don’t even Vape myself it was just sitting on a table and we were accused and judged and treated horribly. We also had a $200 and $50 smoking charge Applied to our card. I am disgusted with this establishment and I recommend that no one stays there ever they are rude conceited judge mental people.

Our door looked like it was busted in prior .. tv didn’t work the 1 st night .. and WiFi also .. couldn’t go to pool or hot tub .. and restaurant was not open ..

The hotel itself was not bad. But the paet of town is one of the top 5 worst parts of Phx. I heard police and ambulance sirens all through the night. I will not go back.

Room was fine. Not special, but clean. I would not eat or drink there. The lobby/bar/restaurant was drab and didnt give off the squeaky clean feeling you want.

The staff was helpful, especially the bartender and staff in the restaurant. I was put off with the comment "you are early for registration " when we got there, but they overcame that soon after we got there.

Got this room for my 90+ year old parents. Handicapped room. The sink wouldn’t drain, the toilet seat had a broken bolt so it slide off, the blinds were broken, the sliding bathroom door was too hard for them to slide. They moved them to another room. Drawer pulls were all loose. Staff tried to accommodate them but the condition of the first room was horrible. Second room was barely adequate. Overall disappointed in the condition of the hotel.

The room is in desperate need of updating The bathroom has no available means to hang up a towel after use. You want a patron to forge room service re; the replacement of towels/bedding during a short stay but there wasn't a place to hang up a towel. This is the 21st century, there was no WIFI throughout the weekend we stayed there Fix it...theres no reason for the failure to provide WIFI to patrons. And now you're charging $10.00 per room for a nickle & dime breakfast that measures up to none!

THe Holiday Inn has changed owner organizartion and the awards card I previously used (Consolidated...) was not recognized. hafe to apply for the ? IHL ? was difficult for the staff to do.

I notified the front desk that I was having problems turning on the hot water in the shower. Maintenance came to the room and said that he was unsure what the problem was and that he would talk to the front desk. Nothing came out of it, so we did not have hot water during our entire stay. The doors to the bathroom and closet could barely open, the phone did not work in the hotel room, and the lobby area had a funky smell. Definitely would not reccomend.

Our business has a corporate account with this hotel. I emailed them before hand and told them the name of the employer we had staying there and they still hassled her when she was trying to check in as to why she was checking in and who she was. When I emailed them regarding the driver staying there it said initially that their email box was already full so they couldn’t except any other emails. The front desk clerk said she was going to empty out the email and let me know that she for sure got the email I sent, and she never called me back.

Hotel is is not kept up like most Holiday Inns and smelled. Not sure if pets allowed to stay here but one entrance smelled like kitty litter and my room stunk. Asked the maid for spray for my room and she gave ME the spray to do it myself! Front desk rude. Use to enjoy staying here but they let the place go downhill. Won’t be staying here anymore.

Our stay was good overall. The room was clean. Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. We we disappointed the hot-tub wasn't working. Therefore, we didn't get to use it while there for 2 days.

Not impressed with the hotel and also not with Expedia. Paid 196 for a room that the ac unit didn't work, bathroom door didn't shut all the way. To add to this ordeal Expedia charge me to fix the mistake they made, even asked me king or queen bed in room. At check in was put into a double bed room. Not what I wanted especially for 196 dollars. They both conduct poor business.

Get rid of the attitude broad
The room was clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk checking in was wonderful, but checking out in the morning the woman was incredibly rude. You can tell something was bad with the eggs, which is fine, things happen when doing buffet style meals. But when addressed the same girl who had an attitude checking us out dismissed it, and would speak to us so the last to her right ended up checking us out whom was a little older and kind. I didn’t get any names. Overall the rooms are comfortable and area isn’t bad and the hotel is nice. But one bad egg can ruin it.This hotel was way to nice for that! Everyone was great

DISAPPOINTED BIG TIME
If it wasn't for the front desk clerk who was EXCELLENT while i checked out... THIS HOTEL STAY would've been TERRIBLE!!! THE ' SERVICE MANAGER ' when i checked in WAS RUDE AND HAD NOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... OUT TOOK ME 30 minutes to check in because he was the phone!

Disappointed in this Holiday Inn for Sure
Although this hotel had a 'good' rating, we were definitely disappointed. I don't write negative reviews often, but yikes. This place did not live up to the rating. Its badly in need of a refresh. The room had a musty smell in it and the carpet was gross. (We wore slippers and socks on the carpet. Nothing touched the ground.) One of the two elevators was inoperative. Many of the parking lot lights were out (a safety issue - esp. in this area). Machines in the guest laundry were down. The jacuzzi jets were not working. They ran out of many breakfast items one morning. I could go on, but you get the idea. I will say the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its just too bad the property was not in better shape. I've stayed in Holiday Inn's with no issues at all. This one did not represent the best of the chain.

Over all the visit was fine. Nothing special but the facility was clean, orderly and for the most part well kept. This is the firs time I have ever had to pay a deposit for using the motel. Didn't much care for the requirement to have to take everything to the fourth floor. Your web site should have some way to allow to have the rooms next to each other if it is desired. Otherwise it was ok.

If I could give a negative rating I would:
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Hence I was there all of ten minutes. I walked in and the room was dark and warm so I put my things down and turned the air on when I did that the entire front of the unit fell on the floor. They told me “sure you can check out immediately and get a refund”, but they didn’t answer the phone all weekend and tried to deny my refund saying I stayed. Never will I stay on such a horrible property. The room he two chairs and they both had holes in them. When I turned on the light the counter where I put my things down was so dirty I just threw my food away. Just terrible.
