Comfy place to stay.
Did not like that the ice machine was not working on 1st floor and 3rd floor. But Mia was kind enough to help but I refuse that. Shayle also was very nice.

Great property, the suite was very nice & modern. Having a balcony was a plus. Their breakfast was delicious. Only withdraw, if you are sensitive to noise, it is near a military base & the aircrafts fly VERY low & are EXTREMELY LOUD during the day!

I had the greatest stay! The breakfast was fresh and good. Angie is a magnificent employee. I was upgraded to a suite that was perfect. I loved it there and will stay there again!

- Friendly staff, was welcomed by a friendly front desk -parking, we had to park at the other hotel due to full parking - area is very close to restaurants and shops - our room was an accesible room- I was not aware of that upon booking other wise I probably wouldn’t have booked it. The shower was very low the tv was placed oddly, the shower was accesible so some water splashed out. - our room was right next to the elevator so the next morning it was very loud. We asked the front desk if there was by any chance other rooms available and our only option was to pay more for a different room.

Place is wonderful, very clean and nice showers. Limited parking therefore we had to park at a different hotel.

Charged for EV chargers, said they would refund but then doubled the charge. Waiting for response. First room had moldy smelling AC. They switched us after requesting to move. That I count as a plus.

My son and I made the trip to see NASCAR. We were not at the Hotel much, but I would recommend it. for us it was close to the airport and not far from the race track. Breakfast was nice to have each morning. Great coffee!

This is a hotel conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. It would have been nice if they provided free EV charging for guests. They want to charge $40+ for overnight charging which is ridiculous.

It was ok. The layout was rather clumsy as the elevators are hidden in a corner. The room i stayed in on the 3rd floor had a faulty connection making it impossible to use the lamp and microwave.

Great staff experience
This was a last minute reservation and needed to check in early which they accommodated. They were nice during check in and check out and answered all questions. I was really impressed with the housekeeping staff which were all very nice; it seemed like they were a team. Didn't get the try the breakfast because we checked out early but they had snack bags available for us which was nice.

I like that the property was clean/safe. I didn’t like the fact that we had to request for the room to be cleaned and request extra towels. Breakfast was fine, I wish hashbrown, scrambled eggs and bacon were served instead of cheese omelettes. Thank you.
