The beds are dated and not comfortable. Breakfast is very mediocre The area behind the armoire in the room hasn't been cleaned in a long time Housekeeping staff doesn't pay attention to details (did not replenish coffee supplies) Microwave in room was broken and required more than one call to front desk The staff at the front desk were friendly Hotel is in a quiet area and therefore no noise issues

There was a baseball tournament and hotel was full of noisy rowdy kids and parents who took over the public areas. Breakfast could have used more variety on the hot food for guests who stay more than one day-potatoes, scrambled eggs and rotten sausage patties. Staff were nice. Rooms were clean. Normal motel.

Positives- staff was very friendly, lobby was extremely clean, breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Negatives- pool was nowhere near clean. Its color was grey paint. Hot tub was the same. The bed was, sorry to say horrible. The pillows were beautifully puffy til you put your head on them then the were pancakes. Would I stay again, yes but I’d be a lil more less tolerant on the bed for sure

This is an older property, but they are upgrading and maintaining it. I liked that it wasn't a huge hotel because it wasn't super busy. The pool, hot tub, and gym are pretty decent, the rooms are comfortable and having complimentary breakfast available in the morning is so convenient. Staff are very nice and parking is great - would totally stay here again.

Older hotel but has easy parking and it's close to many restaurants. Will not stay here again. They did not provide breakfast as advertised. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 but all the food was gone by 8:30 and when we asked about it we were told it was too late. Other guests experienced the same thing. Also, the blind in the room was broken and it took a couple of days to fix it. And they don't refill the shampoo bottles in the room, we didn't have shampoo the entire time. The price was too high for the quality of the hotel.

It was Dirty, loud, TV didn’t work. Called down to ask about it , they said they will send a maintenance person, never did . Asked for clean towels and extra pillows, was told they didn’t have any so had to use dirty towels everyday. I’m not sure how it got a high rating cause this hotel was awful.

The room had an air conditioner that was faulty and wouldn't put out heat or air. It was freezing at night. The one bed when you sat on it, the mattress would flip off the bed frame. The hotel lobby smelled like bug spray and was not clean. WE didn't bother to stay given the fact they couldn't move us and we got another hotel, bi which the service was impeccable! I will work with hotel.com to get my money refunded. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn's and been very happy. This hotel fails by comparision.

Everyone was so friendly, the rooms were spotless, the breakfast bar was excellent. They allow pets, which is hard to find places that take pets. I will be staying there again, as we visit often to see my mother in law.
