I went with my 12 year old daughter. I was hoping g to get some pool time in while she went to the water slides. They first said it would be open at 11, then 12:00. They said they were under staffed. If I would’ve know. That I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Well we booked and paid through Expedia and they ended up charging my bank so I paid 1,400 for a room… yes $400 or so is being reimburse but it also means we paid way more than we would’ve if we just paid through the website so I’m very disappointed with this experience.

The facility was nicely kept. The only drawback was the room had the sink outside the bathroom so there was only a show and toilet in the bathroom. Bad idea.

This was our 22nd time staying at a Great Wolf Lodge. The breakfast was outstanding. Dinner was very good. The water park was OK - not as good as some of the other Great Wolf Lodges.

The resort is very kid oriented. Our daughter was generally entertained the whole time. Staff was very friendly. I wish there had been more of an itinerary we could of seen or known about. We would find out about activities on short notice. Also, they nickel and dime you for everything, but I guess that's to be expected. Overall it was a good time & I am glad we went.

The first two days there was no hot water third day there was no water. Everything was extra and way overpriced.Nothing was included on a 5,000$ trip I paid for late checkout which stated 4 PM on the website because I have five children in a 10 PM flight. They said no check out is at 2 PM and while my son was sleeping who is three years old they called twice and knocked on the door after I paid for check out, it was a horrible experience, but I would not give it a one star because I enjoyed being with my children as a single father. I was very disappointed in the facility

Family of 5 stayed in wolf den suite. Good set up for families with kids but certainly not modern or luxury. Well used well loved basic room. Kids really enjoyed the water park. Multiple choices for dining. Found the breakfast buffet to be just okay. Pizza place was pretty good.

Did not like the fact that the dining area tables were not available and that the visitors were able to "keep" the tables to themselves not allowing others a place to eat. when staff was asked for a table there was no response.

Horrible, ballpark quality, overpriced food in all but one of the restaurants and the best one is marginally ok. This place should have a huge warning in its description to not stay unless you have at least one tantrum prone toddler. In all fairness, this place is for young families or families with a boatload of kids. Professional's, couples, and single travelers need to stay away. The room itself was in disrepair. Damaged and scratched furniture, a faucet knob that falls off, origin caulk in the sink you can see from the other side of the room, literally. Just a horrible experience for anyone over the age of 8.

Upon arrival remote wrist key did not open the door. Had to carry all my luggage back downstairs to get them to resume it, what a pain. No one explained how the wristbands work. After settling in went for a walk around, lots of cool things for kids to do, food places to eat B&J ice cream Dunkin Doughnuts, etc. there is also a restaurant and bar inside. Time to turn in for long meeting day the next day, they put my room right in the middle of all the families with kids, the noise went on for hours really until 11. The room was very small and felt soulless, the bathroom counter to brush your teeth was in a different room NO true bathroom sink! No free breakfast here. If this was a different trip with kids then I would rate it higher but business find somewhere else quieter. The conference facilities were spot on though.

they wouldn’t let us check in until almost 5pm and were texting you at 8am to let you know you needed to check out. talk about overcrowding and noise! i know it’s a neat place but they are so expensive to stay and then you are charged additionally for every little thing and everything closes at 7 or 8. then there’s always a line for everything-the bathroom, to get towels, to go outside, to use the elevator, to get a seat, and of course to use anything fun. it’s sensory overload with few quiet spots…unless you want to pay for them!

Finally a full kids Vegas experience which if fun for all. Do not waste your money in Vegas and get nothing, come to Great Wolf!

Love our stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. It is close to a shopping mall and a Christmas event. Close to all the tourist attractions at Scottsdale. Staff was helpful and friendly and we had a great time.

We visited Great Wolf Lodge Scottsdale for five nights and my kids 10 and 5 had an awesome time. They did not wanna go back home. There is everything inside this resort to keep the kids entertained. Waterpark, lazy river, bowling, mini golf, rock climbing etc. They also have great places to eat inside the property with awesome kids menu. They have Baskin Robins, Dunkin Donuts, Candy Shop, Build a Bear all inside the property. You need not leave the resort. Not a single day was boring. Kids loved it so we were happy. Staff is very very friendly and very kid oriented. They have story time at night followed by the dance party which was a lot of fun!! Definitely go for Wolf Pass!!!!

My family had a great time here. Upon arrival the staff was so kind, the facility was clean (which I care A LOT about). I underestimated how much fun my kids would have. They never wanted iPads or screens because of the activities Great Wolf provides. It was a joy. Thankfully the weather was warm enough to also lounge in the gorgeous outdoor space. Loved the space in the room as well. We will visit again.
