"Rooms were very nice, comfy beds. Pool area (bigger side) service was horrible, seems like they didn’t like to work, we ask questions about the food and drink menu and not very helpful, responded in a rude manner. The smaller pool side was great, Luis a great bartender and staff around him were nice too. Better food options as well."
