There were ants on the floor in the bathroom. $250/night is ridiculous for this old of a property but $350-400 closer in. The front desk employee was very professional and friendly.

It’s a Comfort Inn so quite average except for the outrageous price. Unfortunately everything in the area is overpriced. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I made a mistake with my booking. I booked wed Feb 28 instead of tuesday the 27th. Expedia virtual agent was fine with cancelling and rebooking but needed confirmation from the hotel. A young man got the call (with me at the desk) and he recited his hotel policy about cancelling and that he could not cancel! Not good customer relations!!! The hotel had many open rooms for both nights but the young man was too ignorant to make the decision. I and all I know will NEVER stay at Comfort inns ever again!!!

Dear Robert,I request that you please again talk to Expedia. YOu choose to use them on a resv. that had sever penalties that was disclosed to you by Expedia agents, I am sure. Once your resv. was booked, your cc would be charged immediately and you cannot ammend this resv. WE did not charge you anything, Expedia did. So you need to talk to them if you or they made any mistakes in making your reservation. We were not even a party to your communication with Expedia or their agentsThis is WHY we urge our guests to use BRAND.com to make reservations instead of any third party(s).Thank you
The room has a strong smell of dog poop and stains in the carpet. It was nasty and very difficult to sleep

I needed to cancel my reservation due to a doctor’s appointment at Mayo Clinic being cancelled same day as doctor was ill. I couldn’t reach Expedia by phone I tried 2 hours. I feel this is terrible customer service.

YOu made this reservation through Expedia and as you said, it took you to find an EXPEDIA agent 2 hours and still was not successful. We dont know any of that. Very expensive for a less than mediocre property. In general old and in desperate need of update . I don’t generally expect much from a comfort inn but it was very high priced for such a dumpy property.

The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel was clean. But I have slept on floors more comfortable than their beds and the towels were more like sandpaper

When we arrived it was Christmas eve, the front counter guy was not around, waited foe 10 min used the phone to page him but no answer. I finally went into the employee only rooms and found the counter guy. One guy who was east Indian was loud all night making his car beep. I think we worked there him and his lady were fighting.

The TV didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work, the waffle maker was broken so there was fruit and yogurt to eat. For the price I paid I expected more, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Staff was great, but the walls were so thin you could hear what the person next to you was watching on TV. My shower curtain would not stay closed, both sides kept opening to the middle of the tub area. Another room had the same issue due to the shower curtain improper installation. So water everywhere and had to keep shutting it while showering to stay warm and keep the water in the tub. Light in the bathroom kept flickering and turned into strobe mode. Then light turned itself off mid shower both days. I would not stay here again. Staff accidentally set off the fire alarm at 5 am.

One of the guest had put a bagel for a long time ion the microwave which caused it to smoke and the alarm went on. We look forward to hopefully serving you soon again.Thank you.
Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 1:45am. This hotel has a 2 AM cut off for checkin. The front desk agent was kind, courteous, and very fast. He said he was glad we made it in time. The breakfast opened right on time with lots of good hot food. The beds were comfortable. I’d love to see at least one or two of the pillows be memory foam instead of whatever they are currently stuffed with.
