Overall it was a good stay. The walls were paper thin. I called the front desk to address my issue and determine if we could be moved and no luck. We heard footsteps above us through the night and next door neighbors talking and watching TV. Could hear everything very clearly.

I got to stay on the same floor as my family. The room was large, clean, quiet and well stocked. The price was right for the hot hot summer. The pool area is gorgeous and so pleasant to just hang there. having the food truck and bar was so convenient and the food was good.

Property is beautiful and employees were all great. Wonderful pool area with water slide is the highlight of the property. There is food on site but not a restaurant, food comes from a food truck that is permanently on site. Food quality is good. No restaurants within walking distance or shops.

Closer to Peoria and Trilogy. Woke me up at 8am with 2 Gardners blowing their leaf blowers so loud. I would stay here again nice one bedroom full kitchen Great for Northern Peoria

Our 5 night stay was great! I have to say the floors were very dirty and leave our feet feeling dirty and black but our experience was overall average. We also noticed a pee stain on the mattress protector and the bedding was in okay shape. The amenities and communication through the resort was great.

Stayed in three different properties on a long trip. Cibola Vista was the best and most economical. Would have preferred a first floor room. The second floor where I stayed had no elevator, so we had to carry a cooler, and several suitcases up a long flight of stairs. Not appreciated after recent back surgery. Attended a two hour presentation about other resorts. Was promised a free three day vacation. Details are fuzzy and don't know how to set that up. I will pursue it. Nice place!

This property is beautiful with a very large, nice pool area and the food truck and bar was a really nice bonus. Great service and food too.I have 2 teenage daughters and they played tennis, and we loved the outdoor games around the property. Very clean grounds, and we felt safe as my husband wasnt there with us. There were a few issues with our Junior Suite but overall it accomodated us 3 well and when I had to call for maintenance they were there within minutes to fix the problem. I would definitely stay at this resort property again and recommend to friends and family.

The resort rooms are large and provide everything you need. The staff is helpful and the food truck by the pool is very convenient and the food was good. The pool is large and plenty of places to sit and relax. The location is near many restaurants and stores.

Loved our stay but there are a few things that would have made it exceptionally. Check in was delayed and there wasn’t extra toilet paper. Nothing to horrendous but it is the little things.

We loved the pool and our kids loved the pool as well. The food truck was reasonably priced and good food. The drinks were more expensive than they should have been. We loved playing ping pong, they had some great activities, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, although there were not enough blankets for our son from the hide a bed, but when we called to get an extra blanket, we were left on hold for 15 minutes and never got the blanket. Other than that one minor hiccup, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We will be back...and that is a threat.

TV situation is sub par. No streaming options and no program guide for cable. Also need ports for power cords, charging stations, etc. Furniture in suite is not comfortable for relaxing. A proper restaurant/cafe, especially an all-day coffee bar, would be a plus especially because this property is not close to anything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Spa is top notch, as is the adult pool.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Upon arrival the check in process is quick and easy, you check in and are directed to the concierge who will give you a map of the property and a list of local shopping and dining options. Each room is equipped with a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.. There is a large pool with water slide as well as a hotbpool and a on site food truck that is open 7 days a week serving comfort food. The property has plenty of parking and is located in a safe area with plenty to do nearby. Ive stayed here twice and have enjoyed long walks at the nearby Sunrise peak park. The property is a mile away from a large shopping district with a Fryes, Super Target, Aldi and a handfull of restaurants and fast food places. You don't have to go far to eat or buy food to stock the kitchen that is in your room. Overall this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Definite resort feel with amenities. We have stayed here before and will stay again. Its a time-share property so if you’re not an owner your room choice/request will be whatever is leftover (view/access/location). Housekeeping recently changed from third-party to in-house corporate and should get better. Upon check-in we found stained sheets on bed and black-mold on shower tiles. Housekeeping mgr apologized and immediately corrected and explained the old team was let go and brand new staff is being trained during busy holiday week. I noticed the training and teamwork through the week after initial check-in issues.

Only thing we did not like was the operation of the front entrance. The door closer was set so tight that it took almost all my strength to open it from outside or inside. I hope there is never a fire there, as older people would not have the strength to get that door open quickly. Funny, I remember this being the same case last time we stayed there in 2020 in a different unit. This should be remedied before an unnecessary accident happens. A customer could easily lose a finger as the door slams shut...too hard to hold it from closing because the closer is too tight. We stayed in unit 3416.
