Supposedly Expedia tried to change my reservation because my little brothers wedding was cancelled. The manager there refused to do this. I will NEVER use Expedia or stay at a Quality Inn again. And the revoews i will be putting out I am pretty sure y'all arent going to like!

Not a bad place for the price you pay for sure. Would be nice if they turned down the pool temperature as the weather is getting warmer. Also, the room just didn’t look or feel like it was fully cleaned before we went in.

Kayla,we heard you loud and clear and have turned off the heater for the season. We did actually have it scheduled for the end of the month but moving it forward a couple of weeks was a good idea.

No elevators meant shlepping lunggage to second floor. Train, highway and emergency vehicle noice was an issue. But pool was excellent and breakfast fine.

We do not have a lot of control over rates in March, we have to go with industry standard for the area.

It’s an old property. Some people are turned off by this but everything was spotless and in good working order. Taps, toilets, lights, locks. The outdoor pool was heated and also immaculate. Decent breakfast included.

What a dump. I wound not stay there again if you payed me. Lost hot water mid day Saturday and never returned. Checked out on Sunday morning and still no hot water. Paid 275 a night for two nights and was riped off. Don't even think about staying here! I could go on and on about this dump but this is enough.

First night we had a room at the front of the property which was really noisy. The staff were super helpful and managed to move us to another room which was quieter but still a lot of noise from trains and intersections on the Rd.

An older property but reasonably well maintained. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and well kept.

For the price this was a great place to stay. The outside is a bit shabby, but it looks like they are working on that. We stayed in a suite and it was nice. Nice pool and GREAT breakfast. The location is close to a few fast food places, a Starbucks, Frye's grocery and gas. We could drive to many food options within 15 min of the motel. There is a railroad near by, but they provided ear plugs. We didn't use them and weren't bothered by the rail traffic. You did get the fighter jets overhead during the day. But that is a usual sighting wherever you stay in the area. We were watching baseball in Surprize and could get there in 15 minutes.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not as clean as it looks in the picture. Also we got first floor. You can hear all the footsteps from the people staying on the second floor. The hotel is next to the train tracks so you can hear the train coming by all the time.

You know you are in trouble when the staff leaves foam earplugs in each room. Constant traffic, train and aircraft noise. Lobby locked down at night. There are better options if you are willing to pay a little more ....

The property is dated, old buildings. However, it exceeded my expectations in the quality of service and assortment of breakfast options. It’s one of those properties that prove that older buildings have a certain charm. If you are a person that needs the newest of everything, then this property wouldn’t be for you; but if you don’t mind having the sounds of ‘age’ around you and enjoy a rustic feel, then give this place a try.

We have had maintenance look at our hot water. It is working properly, but due to the cold ground it takes a little longer to get hot water. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Easy to get to from the main road and conveniently located about 15 mins from State Farm Arena. Andy at the front counter was super nice and helpful. Once we settled in and we're going to bed, that's when the train started. About once an hour a train would go by right next to the motel and blow the horn multiple times very loudly. Husband and son sleep thru it but i almost had a heart attack! It was so loud! Also a lot of cars race up and down the main road and that can be loud as well. Breakfast was good but if you're a light sleeper then i would skip this place.

Service was unpleasant- hotels.com too
Wasn’t able to check in because they asked us for a $300 cash only deposit. They stated it was only for locals though. This was not on hotels.com website description or the actual hotel. We didn’t find out until checkin. They wouldn’t accept debtor or credit. They wouldn’t change or cancel our reservation and hotels.com was unable to help us either. Moral of the story I can’t recommend this hotel. It was in a ghetto area also.
