At check in, they bent over backwards to get me a first floor room. I had hurt my back and it would be difficult to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs since they don’t have elevators

We stayed 3 nights. On arrival had problem with AC/heater unit. (Permanently stuck on 61 deg F) They were quick to repair it and offered a discount. Great staff.

Hotel was very average. Hallways and room had an unpleasant mildew kind of odor. Building was keyed entrance only which is great for safety but very inconvenient for food deliveries. Had to go to the lobby to retrieve deliveries. Not many amenities close, probably wouldn’t stay again.

Coffee machine in breakfast room wasn’t working. After ‘fixing’ it, the coffee after fixing it tasted like brown water, no flavor. When we first got to breakfast the sign on coffee maker said decaf only…..that is really unacceptable, had drive to go get a cup of coffee.

Nice and comfortable hotel near the State Park
It was a very comfortable one night stay. My main purpose was to visit the Lost Dutchman State Park at sunset and sunrise. This hotel was ideal for that. It was a 10 minute drive each way. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. It was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed. The shower did not have good water pressure. The tv did not work well because I could not change the channels. Those were just minor inconveniences. Overall, I was happy with this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was warm and welcoming but our room smelled terribly! We’re low maintenance guests but we had to air out the room every time we came back which was pretty annoying
