Check in went very well the biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room carpet was dirty beds were clean though there was stains in the bathroom the toilet seat had burns on it from looks like a meth pipe that they leave on the toilet seat when they're smoking it

What I did not like was their was no heat the heater did not work when i we t and told the office they did not give us another room there were roaches and the tu was broken water ran everywhere

Room smelled like smoke even though it was a “ smoke free “ room. The blankets had cigarette burns on the blanket. The heat did not work. It was scary and ghetto outside the room. The room was freezing all night. Highly would not recommend.

It was a horrible night I had to suffer all night because of the bed and the noise outside the room. It is not like the picture at all, and very dirty and smells like mold. I didn't know that was the case about how dirty the place was.

This hotel was not clean. The housekeeping did not do anything. Crumbs on nightstand, floor not swept, weird residue/goo on wall,floor and bed sheets. Painting peeling off walls. Old decor, needs update. Would not recommend. Stay somewhere else.

I just wish there was better quality control. As soon as I walked into the room I was hit with the smell of cigarettes and dog. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room. The room was clean at first glance but when I opened the microwave, it was dirty. Same thing with the freezer. They both were not wiped down. There was also hair on the bathtub walls. So I'm assuming even though the tub was clean the tub walls were not rinsed or wiped. I stayed the first night but cancelled my second night. I asked for an extra towel the next morning but the cleaner said there were no extra towels. She was standing next to a bag of what looked like folded towels but what do I know, maybe they were hand towels.

The bed was comfy. The room was spacious. There were hairs in the shower ew! Good thing I carry my own sanitation kit with me. I drowned out music from other people with the AC to get some rest and relaxation.

Absolutely DISGUSTING‼️I was told that this room was smoke-free as soon as I walked in with my 5 year old daughter we started coughing immediately from the smell of smoke. The rooms are completely falling apart.
