The room was fine. We had minimal involvement with the desk staff, but the restaurant, while pricey, was very nice and the food very good. The surrounding area was awful. I prefer a lighter and brighter atmosphere and this hotel is situated below a parking garage.

Everything was great, except for when you needed. Something brought to your room by the cleaning crew who did not refill the coffee station or put toilet paper in the bathroom

The beds were not comfortable at all. They need new mattresses. Did not sleep well at all. Staff were polite. I would never go back.

The check in process was tense because they did not read my check in instructions that I would not be arriving until the middle of the night. The rest of the staff for my stay was phenomenal. I have an over sized vehicle so parking was terrible but finally found an open lot, so just be aware if you are traveling with an over sized vehicle. I found a nice spot on Summer Street. The restaurant on the 10th floor is awesome, check it out!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Gym was disappointing and indoor pool we expected was not operational. Biggest disappointment was trying to sit down for dinner at 920 pm and being told that restaurant was no longer serving…although close time was 10pm

This is fantastic location with super accessible parking, but the restaurant doesn't do takeout or room service so in-hotel food options are very limited. Wonderful staff, easy breezy check in and out.

Great location. Slightly faded lobby. Expensive parking which should be partially subsidized by the hotel. Very nice rooftop restaurant with nice ambiance and good food.

We had a good one night stay over Easter weekend, just didn’t like being woken up at 6am by a false fire alarm. I also think parking cost should be included, 40 dollars for a night parking when you are a guest at the hotel is insane.

Kristin thank youi for your feedback. We are sorry to say that some 3rd party or more websites may have not updated our information however we have updated the pool information on the Hilton site. The pool has been closed for about 4 years now.

The Housekeeper on the 7th Floor knocked on my door 3 times after I told her that my stay was extended to 12pm the first time she knocked. She also was very short with me each time she came to the door. The hotel as was enjoyable outside of that interaction.

It isn’t super-fancy but has a great location and easy access to parking. You can cover a lot of the city core with a 15 min walk. It felt safe. I don’t think any rooms have a good view but it’s location trumps that.

Avoid this hotel, it is definitely overpriced for what you get. Most of the employees I spoke to were nice and helpful, except for the bartender who attempted to serve us with one hand while her other hand held her phone to her ear the entire time. The sheets and comforter were stained. There was also a large red stain partially under the bed which I hope was makeup or wine. The room doors slam so loud that you will hear anyone in the same hall as you as they exit or enter their room. I only ever saw one security guard, whom and I never saw him at night. The elevators, I don’t think ever stopped on our floor on the first attempt. They sound very worn down, unsafe and would just stop on a random floor, every time. Most of the buttons didn’t work on the TV remote, and half of the outlets by the bed did not work. There is no parking connected to the hotel, so if the terminal market parking is full you’re on your own finding a space. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, as it is very close to city hall and Chinatown and many others, but it is not a safe location and as I said there’s very little security. I would suggest spending a little more if you have to for somewhere much better. 3 stars for the service because the people at the front desk were always nice, and 2 stars for the location because it is very close to a lot of stuff. Overall very disappointing. Won’t be returning.

I really didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. I feel that if I’m staying @ the hotel you all can @ least provide parking or even a discount for parking because $40 per night was almost more than I paid for the room for my entire stay

The room furnishings and particularly the bedding was immaculate, clean and new. Even the bed coverlet was white, clean and sweet-smelling instead of being brown and crusty and clearly-never-laundered. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the always-interesting Reading Market, which makes the in-hotel dining unnecessary.
