The only thing I liked about the motel was the location and it had good water pressure but other than that it was awful. The carpet needs replacing because it was filthy and the bed sheets were thin and worn out. We couldn't watch TV because it only showed 2 channels and they were fuzzy. The whole motel needs lot of work done to it.

Was out of town for wprk and stayed one night amd paid for king suite got to check in and get told its not available but i can have 2 twin beds and reason its not available is the water is off up there. Not to mention when you pull up to the hotel they have furniture for sell everywhere and also stuff for sale in the lobby area plus stacked everywhere in the pool area advertising free Wi-Fi and and when you correctly enter the password its unavailable so i guess he didn't get wifi.

Could use more thorough cleaning, a dry stiff dirty rag left draped over the shower rod. The shower pressure was equivalent to a pressure washer, it hurt a little bit. The pillows was thin. The tv was like watching a damaged vhs tape. The WiFi… what wifi? It hardly stayed connected. The fridge worked well. Food left in microwave from I’m assuming the last guest. Never seen a bug so that’s a plus. Ac was pretty good. Location isn’t far from casino or food.

Lady at the front desk was very nice. Toilet stopped up easily and counldnt get them to fix. Finally had to ask for a plunger to fix it myself. Shower didnt function properly. Water pressure would increase and decrease drastically and sometimes turn off altogether while in use. Standing the shower with soap all over and no water. It was also difficult to operate because it was broken.

The room was infested with bedbugs. It was brought to the attention of management but they didn’t offer any resolution or compensation. They blew it off, even when we showed them evidence.

Our room(118) had BEDBUGS!! They did offer us another room but damage was done. No way we could sleep peacefully after that. Also they just had basic cable. Really should upgrade to smart tvs. And even though it says continental breakfast they arent offering it since covid.

A danger sign posted on a bedside ac outlet! No tissue in dispenser. No lightbulb in lamp. Tv channel line up poor. Clearly this innkeeper from India, as most are are cheap and dirty. The exterior was very nice however.

No breakfast and I had to go to the office to ask for clean towels. We probably will not stay at this hotel again. The front desk clerk also charged me $40 extra dollars from the amount I was quoted online. I almost told him that we would go somewhere else, but it was too late to cancel.

TEAR IT DOWN and START OVER
The hotel was horrible. The room lights were out....had to go buy light bulbs at Lowes. Burns in bed spread, no ice machines. Had to go to service station to get ice....Overall they need to bulldozer the place and build a "Deluxe Hotel.

Checking in was a breeze the room was clean the ac worked but not like it should had to program the tv just to watch it that took a few minutes to figure out. But it was a good stay like everywhere you go you will find problems no matter where you stay

Not a great place to stay !
Nothing worked and had to paid for 2 dogs, no breakfast, no drain cover in bathroom to take tub bath. Coffee pot broken, towels were a sheet of material, felt I was ripped off for $101.00. Won’t be back. Door was not sealed and light came in around door.

The Deluxe Inn excels at being sub mediocre. The front desk person was curt and rude. My wife went to the front desk to get an additional towel and the man snapped at her as if he was doing her a favor so we just went and bought towels and left them there for them. The bed was utterly abhorent with no fitted sheets. The Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the video and audio did not match on the television. Suffice to say I can not positively recommend this motel to anybody and that pains me.

I’ve stayed here before so I gave it another try. The room had blood on the carpet and the shower didn’t work. The TV kept going in and out.
