Hotel staff was great! Would recommend to family and friends. Never heard our neighbors. They have a transportation option for evening, we did not use. But is a nice option to have with all the local breweries/shops/casino. Con: hot tub was not clean. However, the sauna was very nice!

There were only a couple issues with our stay and nothing major. There were some loud teens that also stayed and someone pulled the fire alarm. Not the most ideal when you are in the top floor. Also there was a bag of Easter candy behind the couch that someone missed while cleaning and Easter was 3 weeks ago.

We loved our stay here. It was convenient to where we wanted to go and very clean. The only thing that we would say needed improvement was the parking. Pretty tight parking lot and scarce for parking sometimes. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The personal balcony was a nice feature. You can get a decent view of the area depending on what floor your room is on. The pool area was fairly dirty. The parking lot is very cramped.

Great location for visiting Boyne mountain, the Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski/snowboarding resorts. Exactly in the middle of the Boyne resorts.

Room was bigger than expected. Personally enjoyed Petoskey. If youre planning for Boyne mountains and Highlands for some snow activites, this is the best place as it is less than a 20 minute drive from both locations.

It had been a while since I’ve stayed here. It could’ve been my particular room but it seemed a bit aged, the bathroom especially. The bed and sheets were wonderful! So soft and comfortable.

The hotel was fantastic. The hot tub & pool were amazing. Sauna didn't seem very hot. The gentleman checking us in were extremely friendly & helpful. I waited at the desk for quite a few minutes to check out but no attendant came, so I ended up putting my key in the basket and leaving. Breakfast was amazing. Close to downtown stores.
