Exceed my expectation, Thanks to all fave staff.when they upgrade my standard room into room with balcony.

This place has everything, hip and good vibe and tranquility. You can find different corners where you can either relax or have fun. It's beautifully maintained and well positioned. Decor is so much fun and staff is concern about your well being and that you having a good time. Rooms are spacious, restaurants are delicious. What else you can wish for? The beach is not so much but I guess because it was windy for us.

Villa Air Bali came highly recommended to me by my hairdresser, I now will recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet going to Seminyak. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they would bend over backwards to improve our stay in any way. Our room was amazing!! However this was mainly due to a booking mix up that left us staying in their 4 bedroom ultra-deluxe villa. After a week sharing a room with a friend we realised we'd hit the jackpot scoring this huge villa. We basically didn't leave it, it was so great. The villas are located a short distance from Oberoi st, but there is a free shuttle, or taxis cost only about $(Au)1.50 to the main street or the beach. The spa services at the Villa Air are superb too.

The staff were very welcoming and they made us feel very special every day. they never forgot our names . They breakfast was fantastic and the special little things that were done made us want to return again .

Overall really nice stay. Great staff and great service. Rooms need to be updated more though.

We made a last minute booking for this hotel at Denpasar Airport just after we arrived and the room was ready by the time we got there. The reception had a tasty drink waiting and checked us in quickly without problem. Our room was right on the street but the super thick double layer of sliding doors made the noise from the partying and the traffic disappear. The pool was beautiful and nice. Breakfast service was tasty and had different choices of fresh pastries and hot dishes every morning. Eggs a la minute and hot coffee and tea made for a great start to each day. The staff was extra nice and very helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

If you want to relax, have a quiet time and be pampered in Bali, the Oberoi is the right place, with not a lot of bungalows and villas - so you never feel overwhelmed or rushed. My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights, had fantastic food and shows at the restaurant, great swimming pool - which is much better than the beaches in Bali, because of the manmade pollution. The breakfast is excellent, fruits and options of western or asian on the menu. The bar is also very good with snacks, salads and good drinks. The rooms are very clean and room service is superb, 24 hr. The WI FI worked perfectly, and if you have all international TV channels. This hotel team thinks of you, and it is always doing its best to make you feel comfortable, from the general manager to the cleaning crew. The hotel offers a variety of tours, and we have made the full day guided tour, that we recommend to anyone. Visit the excellent wood, painting and silver handcrafts/stores, the Volcano and lake at the north of the island, as well as the best Balinese temple, coffee & rice plantation, in a safe minivan with aircon. We would have stayed longer if we could, one of the best hotels in Asia.

We arrived at Astana Seminyak to be greeted by a wonderful staff of people. The management should be very proud to have such fantastic employees in their company of accommadation. From the girls and guys at the front desk to the cleaning staff and also the kitchen staff. Everybody who works there was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast each morning was awesome! Villa was gorgeous and made up beautifully each day. Turndown service each night too. Very quiet place to stay. Fantastic massage across road. And Naughty Nuri's 2 min walk away. The BEST Pork Ribs ever tasted!!!!! Loved the Astana so much!!

This is how you holiday. The ambience of this hotel is outstanding. The pool, the grounds, the rooms, and most importantly the service are top notch. The staff greet you by name, the head chef will come by and ask you how your meal was, and even the hotel manager walks you to your taxi upon departure. WOW. Not only is it the best hotel, they are humble about it and want to impress you even more. If you want to feel like a billionaire, then stay at The Legian.
