“Loved the Suite”

I stayed at the Pan Pacific with my daughter while we visited another daughter volunteering in Perth. We had a suite that was wonderful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the afternoon tea and refreshments. While we loved the hotel, the rate was extremely high, even for a suite. We weren't able to book a regular room as they were all booked. The location was across the street from my daughter which is why we stayed there. Would probably stay there again if I was ever in Perth.

This hotel was fabulous! They even upgraded me to a King room with an awesome view! fantastic service, proven when in the middle of the night my 2 year old daughter threw up all over the bed and the night porter came up to bring new linen and take away the soiled stuff! Would love to stay there again!

The hotel it's self was great. Probably the best hotel in Perth. I wish it was 2 blocks closer to downtown.

“Luxury in downtown Perth”

There were a few glitches due to the recent change from Sheraton to Pan Pacific, but overall the hotel was great. Executive room was very luxurious, room service was fast and delicious, valet parking was always friendly and quick.

“Superb Treatment and Customer Service”

I have tried other hotels in Perth but we keep going back to the Pan Pacific. If there is a hotel in Perth where you want to pamper yourself go to the Pan. The staff there remember you from visit to visit and the treatment is first class. Right from the reception to the Pan Pacific Club.

Very pleasant place to stay. Great view over the Swan. On the single occasion we stayed in for room service, we found it very over priced for the average meal that was delivered. Apart from that, great hotel.

In my opinion. The hotel and the staff are excellent. I travel and stay at many hotels and locations. So I have had long experience in various hotels some good, some bad,some indifferent.

“1-Week in Perth: Business”

We were on a business trip to Perth for one week, so we needed the convenience of being close to our client in the Perth CBD, and our rooms had to function as our offices whilst in Perth. The Pan Pacific was the perfect choice for comfort, convenience and service. Our rooms were located on the club levels of the Pan Pacific, these rooms were obviously designed with the business person in mind. Large desks, well lit rooms, high speed Internet connection, and plenty of storage places. The club lounge on the 7th floor was the perfect place to hold our meetings. Coffee and snacks in the club lounge were great. The staff at the Pan Pacific were courteous and helpful at all times. On the downside, the TV reception from the old plasma screens in the rooms was poor, these should be upgraded to LED units. Also, an option to output audio from a Notebook, iPod or similar device to the room audio system would be nice.
