The property was under construction and the work began at 0700 every morning right under our room. Front desk staff need to be more knowledgeable of the areas amenities i.e. buses, laundry mat and local restaurants

I’ve enjoyed my stay but I don’t consider this hotel to be a 4 star. The amenities in the room was average not updated. The breakfast I items were cold. Best time to grab the food is when it’s just served. Either way it’s sitting there with n burners under them. While I was there, the internet wasn’t working. Kept saying no connection. The staff were great. There’s an express check out which was great to avoid long lines.

We took our youngest (7yo) over to Perth to the WWE Elimination Chamber PLE. It was also mine and my youngest’s first time in Perth but not my partners. Booked the Hyatt around December. Could not fault anything from the Hyatt or Perth. Loved every minute. Hyatt was amazing and in particular, the pool and pool bar (7yo spent a lot of time in the pool…..). Would highly recommend the Hyatt 5/5 from me.

Overall the Hyatt property was great place to stay. But we have a mix up with the accommodation side. We Booked a room for 3 guests in total on line. On arrival we were provided us with 2x Single Beds. We ended up paying for an another room with 2 Double beds.. I'm not sure what happened whilst booking on Line.. Any way the staff were very helpful at the Hyatt And made us feel very comfortable..

Staff were un informative upon check in. I most definitely felt like an inconvenience. We found out for ourselves how the lounge club and breakfast worked. The package on the internet said 2 x queen beds they were singles. Bar staff were not interested in me standing there waiting to order coffee as he explained they had been busy and the state of the mess self explained that however I’m the only person here now so $12 for 2 cold coffees. Over all I expected more for my $550 would I come back ? I don’t think I would.

Superb hotel with an incredible service. Staff is amazingly friendly, food and bar is great and location if you are looking a quiet area to stay walking distance to everything this is the place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The rooms were big and comfy and the location was very convenient. The one negative was that the staff were quite slow to serve us in the bar area on the first night.

Water Complimentary system is not clear & we were charged, also Not much amenities are provided. Building is getting kinda old. Overall they could do better.

Loved my stay. Quick check in and friendly staff. Room was superb and the facilities were great. The only slight issues was the cabanas by the pool which had reserved signs on them but no one used them. Better way to indicate which cabanas are booked and what times would be much better

Great hotel, comfortable beds/pillows. Great pool area with bar. Delightful staff interactions, really professional and friendly. The only con wasthe toilet paper, very thin and easy to tear. So you end up using twice as much. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!
