It’s clean neat and in a quiet place. Didn’t like having to pay to park at the hotel I paid for. Then get to the room and the mini fridge wasn’t working and stunk. Waited an hour for maintenance to come and fix it but no one showed up

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Easy check-in. 2 complimentary drinks and snacks late afternoon and a wonderful free breakfast with an omelet station. Nice big lobby with plenty of tables and chairs. Warm atmosphere.

Definitely recommend staying here. I was very impressed from the moment I booked. The price was right. The hotel was very nice. The complimentary breakfast, snacks & drinks were an amazing addition. If I ever come to Peoria again this is the only hotel I would stay at.

The property was great. Paying for parking on top of your hotel stay is stupid. It should be lumped together as on payment.

Property is fine but do not trust them with your credit card on file. I booked through Expedia. Then was charged a total of 3 times for my room. Hilton embassy suites charged my card 2 addition times and have yet to be refunded

I didn’t like the fact I was charged $250 for damage, and they claimed it was frosting and confetti. I’m not sure why that would be that much. Staff members were constantly calling my room accusing the kids of things and they were sleep on one of the calls. Last 2 times were horrible got charged extra fees for stuff that shouldn’t have been. Overall not staying there again used to be my favorite hotel but now im never going to that place again I’ve never been charged any fees like that at any hotel and I’ve been out of the country multiple times just a shame.

Manager was very unfriendly, she tried to talk over my concerns and give excuses why things were as they are. The manager clearly did not care about the customer. Threatened NOTpaying for parking or your vehicle could be towed? I did not see any security. The bathtub was disgusting . Overpriced Greedy Hotel for sure!

The property didn’t have water due to water main break which I understand is not their fault. The attitude of the front desk person was neither concerned or apologetic. I was plainly told to look for another hotel, that’s after I drove 4 hours after work to get there. The parking required a payment so I lost that. They wouldn’t refund. The parking lot was an ice rink too. Almost fell down multiple time. Awful experience overall

The quality I expect from embassy suites is there. Friendly efficient check in. Clean room and sitting area. Made to order breakfast. Close to civic center for concert I was attending. Reported toilet flush is slow and gurgling. Was thanked so they can notify maintained before next person uses the room. I recommend and will stay there again when in the area.

Wow! Loved it!
The receptionist upgraded our room because they were overbooked on executive suites. The room was massive and beautiful and everything wow. Breakfast was delicious and the chef making omelets was very friendly and outgoing. 100% would book again.

Couldn't Sleep
The staff at check-in and check-out were very polite and helpful. They were the bright spot during the stay. However, they didn't have a solution to an obvious problem, or an explanation. The curtains in the bedroom don't close so the lights from outside the hotel show right through the shears. It makes it very difficult to sleep with so much light. The curtains in the front sitting room also don't close. So the shears allow anyone walking by in the hallway to see through when a light is on. They said they would make a note of it, but its obviously a long standing problem and I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you need a darker room to sleep.

The buffet breakfast was not good..The bisquits were hard and dry, the scrambled eggs lacked flavor and there didntbseem to be any meat offering like bacon or sausage...The carpeting in our room was buckled and a potential fall risk and the toilet seat was super loose.. Otherwise a great stay.

Dirty, if you are a clean freak, RUN!
From the moment we stepped into the elevator it was bad, the elevator smelled like feces and looked dirty and run down. The room was dirty!!! Carpet stains everywhere. Bathroom sink has tons of hair, toilet was dirty and had pee stain, blankets were dirty. Didnt ask to be moved or complained because after a 15+ work day all we wanted to do is rest! Try to take a shower and there was no shampoo, call front desk and she said she was the only one on duty and we would have to go get it ourselves. When i went to get it, to my surprise there were 2 people at the front desk and they didnt have any shampoos, so i had to wait for them to bring me a bottle to my room! Terrible experience, super dirty.
