"My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times and it’s usually very good. This time, when I checked in there were a few little misses I noticed. The clerk was a bit disheveled and not quite as helpful as the clerks from previous visits. Usually you could enjoy a complimentary cup of delicious coffee while you wait in line to check in. This time no coffee was available. We get to the room and we still wanted to have coffee before we went out for dinner. I had to wash the coffee pot first. Despite the few misses, we will still look to stay there again for our next visit to Penticton"

"A very pleasant surprise. What a lovely place to stay in Penticton. The room had everything we needed in it, the fridge and microwave were a bonus. The owners were attentive and easy to communicate with. The pool looked lovely. Sadly, we didn't have bathing suits with us. Easy to get to the beach and the beach park, right across the street. Would definitely stay there again if in the area."

"The staff is being lazy (?) and unhelpful. We got back late, around 11:20 last night, and the lobby door was locked. We called the front desk (there was a sign that said they would be back in 15 minutes) and asked her to help us open the lobby door. She didn’t come and instead asked us to go to the other side of the gate so she didn’t need to come out and get us. My friend was drunk at the time, so this made me very uncomfortable. Why couldn’t the staff just unlock the lobby door for us? The room is clean but has a smell. The pool and other amenities look great but didnt get a chance to use it."

"Newly renovated , the coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned. When I arrived there was a note to call to be let in .same when trying to check out the main person was not answering so went there and he wasn’t around was told to just leave my key in the room .. overall there were beds quite hard .. and ac and mini fridge so everything we needed"
