It was bad for the price. Hotel needed to be upgraded. The beds was to small. The pool was out of order.
The building smelled like mildew. The AC barely worked. Homeless roaming around outside. A dump in an otherwise decent area.

Room seems clean. Doors could be more secure. Ok for the rate. I booked through Expedia and there should be a large message explaining the $100.00 deposit on top of the room charge.

Unpleasant smell as you walk in the entrance. The pool was out of service. The ice machine closer to the room (which is not that close) was out of service. The shower area looked unsafe and needs updating. They had roaches!!!

This was a late minute reservation and close to the venue we needed to go to. Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk worker was very friendly. The room and hallways are very outdated and need a deep cleaning. Walls were stained and the carpet felt damp. The beds were fine and we slept good. I’ll soak this up to… you get what you pay for.

We got there late for our reservation and had reserved the room for that Friday and sat. We arrived at 7:00 am and the would not let us check in

They required a $100 security deposit and demanded it to be cash, even though room had been paid for through Expedia. The lounge was closed and looked to have been closed for months, if not years. The website shows the lounge area functioning. They turn off the arcade room to benefit staff not liking the noise. The room had a moldy smell. The bathroom faucets shot water out like the pipes had air in them. We were very disappointed with this stay. We were even scared to try to eat breakfast so we moved along quickly.

Hotel’s policy was to collect a cash deposit. Had to have someone inspect the room before receiving back. Drain wouldn’t drain in shower. Furniture, carpet, old and dirty.

We actually were unavailable to stay at this property, but Tiffany went above and beyond to help us get to the right place! If im in the area again i will choose this property again thank you! If you stay in Pensacola stay here you wont regret it!

I decided to not stay the night because the faucet didn’t work, same with TV. Toilet was clogged, wet paint on the wall and absolutely rude service! Do better!

Hotel is in need of major remodel. Rooms are musty and smell. Towel racks and curtain rods were barely hanging on. The hotel is large and must have been great in the past.

The room, staff and breakfast were good. The only downside was I was put in a room at the back of the property and I was traveling alone. The door to my hallway was a bit scary. Dark and opened to the stairwell.

Easy location off Interstate 10. Friendly staff. Beds were comfy and breakfast was tasty—cheese omelets and warm biscuits.
Rooms need upgrading. Only a DQ nearby for food which was OK with us.

First found out the resturaunt/bar wasnt open. ( main reason i chose them) then went to the room for the first time and there was toilet tissue on the floor. Bed was hard as a rock. Cable was constantly going out. When reportrled to staff i was given the "deal with it attitude. I left 2 days early because the 4 days i was there my room was not cleaned and i couldnt sleep do to the worn out bed and all the noise. Do not recommend.

Good large two room suite with two bathrooms. Plenty of space for the kids. Only problem - we have children with a disabilities and asked for a first floor room… we got in late and they didn’t have one available - so they put us in an upstairs room which would be fine, but there is no elevator.

Parking to far away reservation took money off my card after it says you can pay at property and your card won’t be charged building under construction had to walk around workers to get outside rude at check in been almost a week I have not revived my deposit back yet even tho they said a couple days it’s been a week now still nothing no machine to get laundry soap from laundry under construction unable to wash clothes breakfast they give you tickets for and they only gavie us tickets for one day when we stayed two day

I asked for a early check in at 9 was told to check back I went back at 115 was told no room yet then called at 140 still no room I went back at 236 and was given a room I had been driving 10 hours and waited over 5.5 hours when I checked out I voiced my opinion and was shut down being told I didn’t understand how long it takes to get rooms ready and on and on I told her I would never come back and of course was given a rude answer amazing this is allowed

Comfortable, cheap, nice courtyard, clean and an amazing hot breakfast! Sausage, country gravy and biscuits, eggs, grits, pancakes ands make your own waffles! For the price, I was amazed!

Breakfast was not good at all. They had only sausages and juice. Not only that, the lady in the front desk was rude to me when I asked her about late check out. She told me I should go somewhere else if I had a problem with it. She also stated that they charge $25 for late check out.
