"Carpets were very dirty. The whole floor was dirty, didn't seem like they vacuumed at all. The sheets were clean, but that was about it. Every surface seemed like it needed to be wiped down. And it wasn't, we got the hot tub suite and the jets worked fine. The paint was chipping on the bottom of the tub, but it wasn't really an issue. I had to wear socks everywhere.Because it was gross, our feet were getting nasty.Just walking around the room"
