Location is convenient to street food and eating place. 5 minutes walk to Komtar bus terminal. Buffet breakfast provided by hotel is reasonably good and they try to be creative in making small changes to the menu. The family room is a good size for family with children.

Room size was fine, but everything seemed to open the wrong way so difficult to access wardrobes and bathroom without climbing around something....might sound trivial but I found it annoying Restaurant was adequate but very poorly laid out with people congested around food and drinks at breakfast buffet at kitchen entrance..another annoyance

Good location. Be prepared to pay $200 security deposit. Breakfast is ok but don't buy bottled water at the hotel restaurant, unreasonably expensive.

Our hotel experience had been OK (not great, not bad) until our departure. The concierge failed to book a taxi for us as we had requested the previous day, and the desk clerk on duty at the time of check out made no effort to help us. It was 5am and we had to go out in the streets in an effort to find a taxi that would take us to the airport in time for our flight. Otherwise, our stay at Sentral Hotel was OK. If you are looking for a clean, centrally located hotel, this is a good choice. If you are looking for quality of service, we suggest you stay elsewhere.
