"Customer service is awful. We have called them at least 7 times trying to get a GM, concierge, security someone to help getting our packages shipped back to us. We even emailed the concierge and were told on more than 1 occasion that someone would call us back in an hour, crickets! We finally were given the concierge's direct line, but it always goes right to voicemail. A UPS package was delivered there for us on 6/3; we checked out on 5/30 and told the hotel many times to refuse the package so it would come back to us in Maine. As far as we know the package is still there. There is also 1 dress in a box we need shipped back as well as angel wings which are not in a box. My girlfriend was part of Miami Swim Week held at this hotel. The suite (1701) also had some very noisy things going on in the adjoining walls; sort of line constant elevator or plumbing noises. We would love to talk to a GM or someone who can gets things done. When you call Guest Services, the personnel are great, but they are powerless to get anyone of authority to help or call back."
