Clarion staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the main road into town and many restaurants close by. On the whole…a good experience!

Great customer service. Convenient location for what I was in the area for. Very dated rooms - the typical cosmetic update to an otherwise original construction circa 80s or earlier. The bed was comfortable while the washroom was quite tight and showed the most signs of age.

Unfortunately our room was not made up after leaving for the day. I had to go to front desk for towels etc. and that was disappointing; no microwave in the room. The pool/sauna area was nice. Breakfast was disappointing with hard boiled eggs in shell and sausage patties, make your own waffle was good. Pretty scarce!

Thank you for the review. We do noy do housekeeping daily unless requested by the guest . I am sorry that was not explained to you at check in . I apologize that the variety we offer for breakfast was not to your liking. We tray to offer a bit or everything for everyone . I do hope that if you choose to stay with us in the future you enjoy your stay with no disappointments .

This hotel was clean and quiet. The included breakfast options were limited, more fresh fruit and bread options would have been appreciated. The indoor pool was fantastic!

Very close proximity to a mcdonalds and a few other restaurants but my husband worked out in the gym and there was mold all over the place in the room. Ventillation horrible. Very hazardous especially since your breathing that in while working out. The beds are comfotable and beds clean. Other areas clean but showing age now.

Roomy, lots of parking, great breakfast. I was able to plug in my electric vehicles, albeit at Level 1 charging. The one draw-back is that the walls are not very soundproof.

Receptionist was helpful in obtaining us the proper room. The Dining Room was awesome. Good food at good prices. Very disappointed that the Pool was "Closed" Chemicals for pool were at high levels. Overall our 3 night stay was comfortable!

Not much to like- pool not open, elevator broken on the day we left, room not as advertiser i.e. "wall to wall carpet" was laminate flooring. A run of the mill experience.

Thank you for your feedback . Unfortunately yes we did have an issue with our pool boiler so it was too cold to offer swimming for our guests . The elevator was also down and being repaired . I do hope if you choose to stay with us in the future you get to enjoy all our amenities .

Unacceptable service
On atrival, I had to stand at reception for 10-15 minutes waiting to get chevked in. Because the gentleman was on the phone. After ending his conversation, he did not apologize for the long wait. I had a lot of issues with accessing my room. On multiple times I had to fo to the front desk to reactivate my keys. I had a family emergency on the second day and had to leave early. The same gentleman charged me for leaving early.
