"Our room was very small and we didn’t even get a luggage rack for a suitcase. There was no where to store clothes so we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 12pm after a 7 hour flight overseas and the room was ready, however we had to pay 20 pounds to gain access to the room, despite the fact it was ready- that was disappointing to say the least. We were in a pretty good location for access to downtown, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre."
"Strange to pay so much for a hotel room and have only a tub but no shower in the room. Of note, I had several rooms during my stay there and only one had no shower.

"Perfect location. Close to train stations , trams and amenities . Staff were so friendly and even when service was not provided by the hotel they were so destined to guide us where to go for that service"
"Breakfast was poor, very limited if you want something healthy or vegan. Basic sliced bread, no dried fruit or nuts. All sugary cereals.
Rooms are basic."

"Like many of the hotels in the old quarter they have no parking, however for a base hotel, this is the hotel to book. Clean, modern, quiet with a good breakfast. The staff are cheery, helpful and professional.
All the sights to see are within a short walk. Many restaurants close by"
