I would like to thank all the staffs of Renaissance Pattaya. My sister and I had the best hotel stay ever.
The service here has really set the standards higher for what to expect in a 5-star hotel.
When we first checked in for the night, the room's aircon was faulty. However, it was resolved quickly by changing our rooms. It was solved in 10 minutes.
We came to Pattaya for the Rolling loud event; the hotel has a team specially for navigation/limousine. They helped us to settle our transportation back and forth and tried their best to help us with the bad traffic. I personally feel that the navigation team will go to the extra mile for their guests and have done way more than their job scope. One of the example, the hotel's spa was fully booked after the concert and the team even helped to contact other spas/ massage parlor to get a slot for us. Once done, they even offer to book a limousine to the place and buggy ride to fetch us from our room. All of this was initiated by the staff and I truly felt pampered throughout my stay. I would like to specially thank Ti and all of the navigation team (sadly, I didn't manage to get all their names) for their warmest hospitality and helping us with every request. The Reception team was also very patient and friendly and helped us in any way they can. It was the little details that elevated the experience here! I genuinely love their service!I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Renaissance Pattaya for this wonderful stay!
