Only for indians not thai or any one else not family hoteo, only one lift restaurant staff very rude as in you order have way though your meal they give u the bill and stand there waiting for you to pay as in say thats it pay now i have had that in any hotel, no hot water in room i will never stay here again i give it 0.1 star when i check out i never got asked was everything ok with your stay as in they know there service is very bad so why ask
Stayed there 9 days, luke warm water during shower 5 of those days… all better hotels have HOT water for shower. They say some excuse about “ cleaning system” but i’ve stayed there before and same problem. They’re being cheap.
We stay in the executive wing room size was great but very dirty.. House keep was usuing the same mon to everyroom. In 2 weeks she never cleaned to bathroom mirror or shower doors once.. we never use the balcony be ause she never cleaned it was muck of dirt. Reception and restaurant staff was nice. Pool bar had no white wine. Location wise ok easy to walk to walking street tuk tuk was in then door step but I don’t think we will stay ever again. We have been stayin Nova Park and Nova Gold last 12 yers but this hotel was the worst…
I enjoyed my stay except that this place charges 200 baht per visitor if you didn't check in at the same time. Terrible! This was the first time a hotel charged me for having a guest who didn't check in at the same time with me even though I indicated that 2 adults will be staying there for the night.

After the registration in the hotel, visitors are brought to the room, we do charge a modest administration fee for registering at 200 Baht/person/visit/day.
Rooms were dirty, lot of hair and stains on the floor. Bathroom was mouldy and dirty (have pictures). There was no hot water in 2 of our rooms on the first day. I had stained towel in my room (have pictures). Beds were uncomfortable and noisy. I would not go near this hotel next time.

I came to Thailand. I did not come to a disrespectful India. The hotel is fine, a little unclean but the Indian guests are the worst I’ve ever seen. Absolutely no respect for absolutely anyone. Because of these disgusting people we will never stay there again. Apparently they are always there.

Due to our hotel is located near the famous walking street, with all its entertainment options that this entails, many Indian guests come to Pattaya, due to its proximity to Thailand. Coupled with central location, which is preferred by Indian travelers we get our fair share of the predominant demographic. Therefore, we could not deny them. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
Didn't like the vistor's policy. One of the Elevator's were always broken or not working.

Worst 4 star hotel i have stayed in. Night staff were rude and unhelpful, pool wasn't clean and I was lied to when i asked to speak to the manager. Also this is not a guest friendly hotel

cool reception staff,,,,good room-service,,daily cleaning very well-dunn n appreciable,,,bit noisy during night tym,,,,,pool timings must be round-the-clock....many indian restaurans are in close vicinity..,,,will recommend this hotel at this price tag.....

I loved the whole hotel especially the pools. Water was so clean and I enjoyed the sun and tanning. The service staff is the best in the world. All were so nice and friendly to me. My room was always so clean, going back next November I hope!!It is close to Walking Street and the beach. Had the best time in Pattaya haha, made many new friends.

This is worst hotel, I ever stayed. By no means it’s 4 star, staff is rude. 1.There was construction, all around hotel 2.Check in takes forever, you need to wait in hot without knowing what’s going on. 3. They don’t take credit card, takes cash for deposit. 4. You can’t get in there swimming pool with American style swim wear. I had a button on mine. 5. Room smells and conditioning is slow. 6. Staff is rude and doesn’t have basic manners to speak a guest. Please don’t stay in this property, I want my money back.

Its not a family hotel. Towels and bed sheets were worn out. Had a bad experience with room service as we had to wait for more than 90 min and lot of follow-ups. The only good thing was location.

Near walking st, 95% Indian guests, key card bad. Its a good hotel. Since it is near Walking Street, not ideal for families with young kids. Door entry key card doesn’t work sometimes which means you need to walk to Receptionsist to fix. That sucks but overall hotel is good

The staff was friendly, the hotel needs upgrade, this hotel should be a adult hotel, reason why, men’s bringing girls into the hotel to swim in public pool, making out, kissing and feeling on top of each other in front of kids, no one said anything. My friend and I was wanted some real massage so we decide to book massage through the hotel, only find out 15-20 mins into the massage they ask for happy ending and sex, was very unprofessional and disappointed. Will never come back to this hotel again.

Please be informed that Spa is outsource supplier renting the hotel room.
However, we will bring these issues to management for improvement.
When we checked in the reception staff was not even concerned in regard to our concerns in regards to the room. We walked into the room and their was hair around the room and the shower seemed as it had never been cleaned. Extremely sad and not worth the basic room. We then had to look for the manager to ask him for an upgrade. We were first told that there were no twin rooms
Available in the higher category of rooms which was a lie as we saw it online. We saw the grand Felix room and then were satisfied and had to pay the upgrade fee. Staff generally are friendly but the cleanliness of the standard room is poor.
On the good side the pool area was great and the location of property was amazing. Walkable yo all the places. Overall I think the property needs maintenance especially the basic rooms and some staff need to be more professional.

This is a case of a nice hotel with good staff being spoiled by the type of clients who stay there. Hotels.com policy does not allow me to give further details but let's just say that this is definitely not a place for Europeans especially if travelling with your family.
