Dear Sir:
I want to register a strong complaint about the up keep of your facilities where my wife and I spent time on Friday, October 19 through Sunday, October 21. It was deplorable, and I seek an adjustment in my charges currently listed for Expedia itinerary number 7386507022383.
When I searched on line October 17th for a place to stay, your facilities listed as only a single remaining room. The advertisement photograph displayed the exterior of the establishment as reasonably attractive and so I preceded to register for our stay.
During the stay, I saw the notice posted on the only ice machine on the premises as “broken.” I did not ask anyone how long it had been that way but visually it appeared to be quite some time.
The towels located in the bathroom in Room #105 were more like small dish towel size than bath towels.
The bath room sink had no workable stopper, so I had to keep the water running constantly while shaving. The shower and bath tub were also defective, and I could never get the water to come out of the shower head and the bath tub was equally useless because there was also no stopper there to allow the water to collect alternatively to take a bath since the shower was inoperative.
