Great value for money, good location. Perfect for what we needed a comfortable bed after a busy days sightseeing and the shower was always hot and very powerful. Staff friendly and helpful.

Grubby Hotel !
Tiny bedroom, grubby looking, needs decorating badly, not a nice bathroom, I would not recommend it, says 3 star more like a 2 star !

Got exactly what I paid for in Paris. A room with a comfortable bed and sound sleep. Decent breakfast included. Still needs some upgrading an a fresh coat of paint etc.

This is a great value property in a very convenient location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes walking to Gare St Lazarre and several Metro stations. Many restaurants, convenience stores, and other services within a couple blocks. Safe area. Typical continental breakfast buffet to get you going. Rooms and bathrooms are small (this is Europe after all) and there is a bit of a musty smell. But I think that is common in these older cities. I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel looked ok from the outside, but tge inside was markedly different. Dirty carpets, woidwiek scratched, walls desperately needed painting. My room was small, very rired looking and the bathroom tiles were durty. Tge whole pkace needs an overhaul,.especially fir £100 per night

The room smelt like mould and there was mould everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet constantly smelled like pee. The basin and bath had ugly marks and clearly need to be refurbished or replaced. There was ONE IRON for the ENTIRE hotel and it would go missing at times and the staff would just say oh well we don’t know where it is. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was just random bread, canned fruit and jam in tubes. Would not recommend.

It was a very okay hotel. Good price for the location. I loved the neighborhood. Room was small, bathroom was small but I slept like a baby and had a good breakfast. Front desk lady was very nice.

Don’t bother staying at this place. Mould everywhere dirty rooms. Staff not helpful. When raising concerns they advised nothing they could do and need to talk to management who weren’t available. No aircon room was stuffy.

The location and the breakfast saved the stay. Very small room, dirty bathroom, mold on the shower tile. They only wipe the bathroom, they do not disinfect it. Staff was nice.

Very convenient location, but there is no air conditioning (common in Paris) so it was really hot in the rooms and the guy who checked us in was kind of rude. Very limited breakfast options.

stay was okay...
They stay was good however, the bathroom was really small, and the water was pooling in both the shower and sink. There were mold in the bathroom. It really needs an upgrade. The stay was mediocre. If the bathrooms were a bit more cleaner with no mold I would have no issues. Location was great though.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews.
Fantastic hotel. Check in was easy and friendly staff. Very close to the metro station ‘liege’ so easy to get around Paris. For the price you pay, you will not get a better for value stay. If you just need somewhere to sleep whilst you explore the dirt then this hotel is ideal. For a budget hotel, it was ideal.

Charged twice by hotel
Stay at hotel was ok. However we paid the hotel on arrival for our stay. Hotel then processed a second payment on the last day of my stay from my card details registered on Hotels.com Receptionist acknowledged the mistake and informed me the refund would be done the following day when the manager is back. Still no refund received and hotel are not responding to my emails after nearly 3 weeks.

if you want to get a cold for sleeping in a freezing room. Go Ahead!!! No wiffi, i asked the person i was communicating with vía whatsapp and they never answered about the wiffi. i asked them if the heater will come on some time. never answered. room supposed to come with breakfast and there was none the 3 mornings we were there. NOTHING!! one of the pillows provided had MOLD. there was a leak in the bathroom. and the shower head had water coming out from very few holes. which made taking a shower take longer. honestly i was surprised because the few reviews this place had were good.
