Bring your own breakfast!
We are from US and needed to spend nite in Paris due to missing bus to port. The desk attendant was very rude, stated “no breakfast for you”! Really, how much does a yogurt and muffin cost a hotel establishment? Especially when the rate is almost $200 a night for a bed, shower, internet and tv,no other amenities, I know it’s Paris but he should work in the back, not with customers!

Good location. Friendly staff and i was able to check in early. Room has great pillows which was a nice suprise. The only negative was having to leave room key at desk, wish hotel had key cards.

Good location but unpleasant circumstances
Poor accommodation. Initially given first floor in a room obviously not renovated, bit run down with windows able to be open to ground that anyone could easily get into but kept curtains close since views weree walls of small space facing each other. Woke up early to heavy drilling pounding the walls. Just awful and got up to request a different floor away from the drilling since we were staying for several days. This new room was much better in terms of visual comfort unlike first broom that appeared tired and run down. The hotel is near shopping Mecca but one pet peeves is debating how long one want to stay out as after certain late in the evening they do lock the front entrance which requires ringing a bell to get the front desk to come down to open for you to come in. There is no 24h person at front desk as lobby turns off the light late in the night. Therefore it makes wanting to stay out late in City of lights difficult as they want cone back from dark lobby ringing front door to get front desk to allow you in... feels like in camp than botique hotel. With this confusion and requiring giving your key before step out, I do wonder how they remember all people coming and going when hand back the room key to you. Hotel is average but some of the discomfortable hassles makes it undesirable.

When I arrived at 11pm to check in with a big luggage, staff didn't offer to help carrying luggage for a short stairs. There was no shampoo and soap refill for the second day. Most importantly, there are only two available electric outlets. One in bathroom and on next to front door. Not convenient at all.

Decent hotel at great location
You pay for location. The hotel room itself is just your bed surrounded by a wooden box of walls. Poor sound isolation - could hear the tv from the neighbours. Great location - just by the subway. Walking distance to key points of interest.

Decent hotel locate near The Opera House, The Olympia Theater, shopping, dining, and The Metro. Room was small...very small. In fact a Metro Station is only a few 'doors' down on the same side of the street...which makes any thing in Paris reachable, quickly and safely. Lots of dining close by. Water was always hot, bed was comfy, and the place couldn't have been much cleaner!! I was in Paris to catch several Joan Baez concerts at The Olympia, which was only a couple blocks away, which was perfect for me. I ended up being out late at night, and felt safe and comfortable in the area. The wi-fi never worked for me (it did for other guests). I ended up heading to Starbucks about two blocks away to get emails, etc.

Central Paris
The concierge was great very helpful and friendly, the room was clean, warm and comfortable, but was in need of some repair i.e. broken door catch. The location was excellent, great for shopping, eating out and sight seeing.

Small room with very narrow entry, perfect locatio
At arrival, you have to carry all your luggage up about 10 steps stairs to reach the elevator. So ot is not suitable if you have many luggage or old people. The room was too narrow, hardly passing to the other side of the bed. Otherwise acceptable for the perfect location with a good street view too.

The hotel is in a great location next to a major metro stop and close to the shopping district. However, trouble started as soon as we checked in. the WiFi was supposed to be free with a secure password but the access was open and once connect there was no internet. the same was happening to another guest. speaking with the manager during the day resulted in an 'i'll look into it.' on our return in the evening it was the same and asking the night clerk to check on the situation. I was told it was my fault as his mobile could connect at reception and that there was nothing he could do. I asked him to maybe call someone to check and he just repeated that he can only tell the day manager. a very frustrating a outcome. not to mention they misplaced the key to my room and I had to wait in reception for 10 minutes whilst they located a spare for me to access the room. it is a shame that the service made this hotel into frustration for me rather then a joy that it could have been.

Boutique hotel with great location
The hotel is in a wonderful location, walking distance to many attractions and shopping/cafes. Also near a metro station. I've stayed at this hotel twice. The staff are friendly. The rooms are quiet and clean.

Money stolen from our room. Room service just threw mine and my room-mates clothes and items all in one pile when horribly cleaning rooms. I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. Notified manager/owner and they did not care, saying it was "not their responsibility" and would not compensate for the stay or money in any way. Abolutely nothing. Ended up filing a police report, but unfortunately even though they sympathized they couldn't do anything. What a trip ruined due to this horrible hotel. Oh and by the way they dont have an iron. They have one at the front desk but only for staff because its a fire hazard for anyone else to use it.

This hotel is good. Centrally located and comfortable with helpful staff. It is near the metro station and the area is safe at night. The only problem was the WiFi connection.

Paris was having a heat wave. Our room was on the top floor and had only a small, poorly functioning AC unit. The room was terribly hot, and was barely large enough for the 4 of us. While the view out the balcony was pleasant, the heat was intollerable. Also, no elevator to the 6th floor, only to the 5th floor. But if the weather is not hot, and there are only 1 or 2 people, it might be OK. It has a good central location. Breakfast, not included, was about 15 Euros.

Tiny Paris room.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. We needed 3 beds and one was basically a rollaway. The room was tiny and dark, but appeared to be clean. Bath was clean.

Straightforward central acccommodation
Rooms are clean and modern other than having very few power outlets. Wifi works OK with occcasional short outages. Rooms are tiny ( what did you expect in Paris for under $zillion?). Breakfast includes boiled eggs but no other egg/omelette options which seems a little steep at 16Eur, but there are good cafes near. Easy walk to Madeleine, Concorde, Opera; lots of shopping, especially shoes/ clothes/ perfume.

We could not get our family room as we booked.
They oversell the room as we cannot get our family room we booked when we arrived. They could only offer two double rooms for my family of four, including two small kids. We could only accept it as it was six o'clock in the evening. Worse hotel experience ever in my life.

The location was great but the hotel definitely needs some updates. A few lights in the room were out, the mirror was broken, showerhead a little unsteady. Nothing that was too big of a deal but a few fixes and this hotel would be much better. The walls are also very thin

Nice hotel to center of Opera area.
My friend and I spend two nights, I wished they have the elevator from the ground! Cause my broken ankle I crawled to the lift, it was hard to up and down more than 10 stairs by crutches. New renovation looks nice and sweet!
