Le Cafe des Artistes
Le Café des Artistes is located in the picturesque, vaulted cellars, under the hotel. The warm, relaxed atmosphere is ideal for quick lunch or a more leisurely meal after a stroll around the ponds.
The modernized bistro dishes are partnered with a very wide selection of wines by the glass, kept in perfect condition by the Oenomatic system. Compose your own, customised tasting experience to enjoy while relaxing in the comfortable armchairs.
Restaurant Le Corot
The elegant Le Corot restaurant, opening onto the gardens, is perfect for both intimate dinners and business entertaining. The restaurant's rotunda, decorated in marron glacé tones, offers a display of the cultural heritage of Les Etangs de Corot. The magical atmosphere is enhanced by the waiters' uniform, reminiscent of artists' smocks. This fine-dining restaurant specializes in French cuisine and serves lunch and dinner. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Les Paillotes
The Auberge Cabassud, a famous café-dance hall in the forest, was most popular in the early 1900s. Now renamed "Les Paillotes", this terrace on stilts overlooking the pond is a classified historic monument, offering a complete change of scenery where every moment is pure enjoyment.
This restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Reservations are required from April until November. Closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. 24-hour room service is available.
Le Corot Bar
Sink into our superb Chesterfield settees and taste one of our delicious signature cocktails, served with a selection of sumptuous cheeses from Jean-Yves Bordier, one of the best cheese-merchants in France, or a range of delicatessen meats and tapas.
At weekends, the bar is transformed into a tearoom, where you can succumb to your favourite sweet temptations.
