It was a horrible experience.
the staff is not professional at all, they even lied about the availability of the rooms and they proposed uncomfortable alternatives without amenities. no working wifi at all, no minibar and no refrigerator at all, no closet, no elevator.......
the bathroom was not clean, the bed was not tidied.
I carried all my valuables with me all the time because there was no closet and because I didn't have trust in them.
they do not answer when I call them and they called me late at night while I was trying to rest in the middle of the night to ask me why I called.
never again.
I strongly do not advise anyone to stay at this horrible hotel.

Functional
Decent price for the area, but room small and shower not in great condition. Staff friendly.
For the last minutes of netsurfing the hotel accommodation online, this place had one of the best offers as a single traveller. However, the room happened to be outdated and had a serious problem with the noise of water leaking from the room above. Depending on whom I talked to, I had a nice customer service. But then again, it took me two days to negotiate and change the room. Because it is not the worst, I may recommend if there's absolutely no other place to stay at the last minute.
Budget hotel near one of the subways. I told the concierge that the air conditioning in my room was broken and he said, "well air conditioning is just extra, so you know". No its not extra, its listed in hotel accommodations. He refused to do anything for us.

Nice hotel in a quiet area of Paris
We were happy with our room that was within walking distance of where the river cruise boat that we were to catch the next day was docked. We think we were the only tourists in our area and the locals were very helpful, including those eating lunch at a local bistro who encouraged us to stop to eat and even passed us their partially-finished bottle of wine when they left to go back to work. It was nice to interact with Parisians before spending a week with not a French national in sight!
