The window didn’t close. We had to keep the chair by the window to keep it close. Tv didn’t work. We asked them to fix it but nobody do anything about it. Towels and sheets were never changed for 5 nights.

Our room was ready for a very early checkin which we appreciated since we had come over from the states and enjoyed a place to hold luggage and get a shower before venturing out. The Louvre was easy walking distance, and the transit system was accessible with a short walk. The room was perfect for the four of us with three separate beds and the hotel was very quiet which made for perfect sleep. The staff was so sweet and kind, felt like you were in a family run hotel. I would definitely stay there again!

Won’t be staying here again.
Old run down hotel and rooms. Expect basic level service with not the most engaging staff. We stayed in a family room. Fixtures and fittings falling down with not the cleanest bathroom. For the price we paid, have definitely stayed in better value for money hotels in Paris. The surrounding area is nice though, so could not complain about the location.

Very small elevator only 2 at a time my family had to take it twice or walk 4 flights of stairs. Nice rooms some have ac and some dont . Restaurant was not very good. Friendly staff

Great location
The location was very good. It is walkable to the Eiffel Tower as well as restaurants and good shopping areas. The hotel had a nice breakfast we enjoyed every morning with great croissants and other breakfast treats. The hotel room and bathroom had minor issues with loose hardware and the safe was never fixed- although we asked the first day. The shower was powerful and hot water plentiful.

Our room on the 4th floor faced the inside courtyard so we could leave windows open and it was absolutely quiet. The street had fruit stores, a few bars and convenience stores and was just a few blocks from the Rodin museum, Napolean's tomb and metro stations. There was a nice breakfast in the morning, and staff were very accommodation.

We have stayed at Palais du Bourbon numerous times. We love the place and its location. We have been tthere for awhile but appreciate the improvements that have been made. Comfortable, clean, and a great staff are the norms.

It was a great stay and Francois from the hotel has excellent customer service! The hotel was close to all major attractions and the area was safe and quiet. There were a couple of Catholic Churches that my husband and I enjoyed visiting and absolutely gorgeous!! The breakfast at the Hotel Palais Bourbon was amazingly good 👍 Thank you for a great accommodations!

Salvador, the front desk clerk made sure we were looked after, friendly and professional. The hotel itself is older so it takes getting used to, overall a good experience

Terrible hotel and I'm a frequent traveler. I don't normally write reviews but need to because the room was unsafe and in bad repair -- nothing like the photos. The door didn't lock properly and the hotel clerk said there was nothing he could do about it. The toilet was broken but nobody was available to fix it. There was exposed wiring along the floor, it wasn't clean, and it smelled musty. I definitely regret booking this hotel!

The receptionist very helpful. Very good breakfast. The stairway should be fixed, change the rug. It is old but the room is spacious, comfortable beds. I would stay there again.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean, but it was nearly as nice as in the photos - the 2 single beds were just cots and very uncomfortable, and the shower was not good.

Great hotel with spacious rooms near everthing
The hotel is walking distance to several landmarks and close to multiple meteo stops. The room was spacious and adorable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. I would definitely consider staying there again. There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast, we didn't eat there but it looked good.

Staff is very friendly! Our suite was spacious- perfect for four people. Centralized location and walking distance to a lot of places. The lady who owns it bakes fresh croissants and they are delicious- we had breakfast there. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Although the location was great, the room was in need of renovations and did not appear as nice as the picture. Cracked paint, stained tiles and tub, very awkward layout for the shower that makes it impossible not to end up with water all over the floor. I was also surprised to learn that the very limited breakfast was not complimentary and was given an extra bill for €108 upon checking out after a 3-night stay.

Great spot in a lovely residential area
This is a relatively small, family-run kind of hotel. Our room was quite comfortable and generously sized compared to other European hotels. There was air conditioning as well as windows that open. There was a mini fridge and small electric kettle. There was rarely someone at the front desk, but the housekeeping was wonderful (they even turned our aircon on for us while we were out and the day got hotter). The neighborhood is great— accessible by bike, metro, or walking to lots of the main sites. When you walk around, it feels like an area people actually live in vs. all tourist hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows that opened onto the street, and the tiny separate bedroom for the kids. Front-desk staff were heloful and kind. The location could not have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
