"It took quite a bit of time to check in, even at 9:00 PM on a Wednesday night. There were not very many reps working the check in desks. The woman we interacted with was friendly and helpful and offered us bottles of water while she worked on getting room assignments. We had reserved two rooms, and she bumped us up to a 2 bedroom penthouse suite as well as a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the pool. Needless to say, the rooms were beautiful, and the upgrades were much appreciated! The rooms were both spotless and in excellent condition. Parking in the garage was $20 I believe, and it took us a few loops to find a parking spot."
