No legit reason for parking fees.
"Room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The main issue i had was the site said parking was available. It wasn't till we arrived that we found out it is $14.00 to park you vehicle at the hotel parking lot. This will definitely prevent me from staying here in the future."

"Check in was quick. Room was clean, bed was soft with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was clean, toilet was one of the lower ones. Little kitchen was clean, only used the fridge and coffee pot-no issues. Would stay again."
