The property is fine, but it does not have a 5stars category. The food at the lunch buffet was terrible. There mosquitoes and others bugs were insane. I could understand that is tropical environment, but cleaning and fumigation will improve the situation. We came back with hundreds of mosquito's bites

The customer service was to die for, and although most stewards rarely spoke english, they were always eager to help... the workers on property made me feel like family, and I admired that the most. Although the lobby and entrance of the hotel is modern, the rooms are not however the maids keep the room impeccably spotless.

The property looks really old. During check in it took anout 35 minutes even though we were only one of the 2 people they were chcking in. The food options were lited and if you went to the restaurants which were not buffet the orders took a very long time even though it was not crowded. Room service were to our room were canceled 2 times since they made a mistake and called a different room to confirm my order while we were waiting for our food. The front desk usually never picks up the phone. Very hard to reach any hotel staff after evening.When it rained there was water dripping from the ceiling in rhe main lobby.
