Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us Andrea. I try very hard to be cheerful when checking in guests but when you don't give me the first name to go with your booking it makes my job of finding the unit and your name a challenge. But this tells me that in future I may have to ask for photo ID instead so that the full information is in front of me. Unfortunately some guests also find that rude so it seems hard to win. Every unit has 1 car park and we also have 4 spare car parks which I think most guests would think was sensible...And acceptable, also directly outside your unit door another plus...

Sorry you could smell smoke around your unit, All guests know the rules are to smoke outside and I have faith that most guests follow these rules. I'm please to hear the beds are lovely and soft but unfortunately not how you like it. Never mind...

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. You seemed quite happy to drink quite a bit each night so maybe your headache is the reason you didn't enjoy your stay. Your review doesn't have any comments and is reflected by the other quite happy guests who have offered an honest review.

Viliami, You booked the wrong dates and you blame me??? It was hard work getting enough information out of you to find your mistake. Yet I found a unit for you at late notice even thou you couldn't meet our payment requirements. Check your bookings in the future

I'm sorry you were unhappy with unit 12. Yes, all our units are older but spacious and we work hard to have them clean to a high std. So kettle could be newer... 1 vertical strip missing from the living room blind but hardly lets in lots of sunshine.. And as for the bathroom powerpoint - it is a very small bathroom so the power points are by the mirror which is in the bdrm area - a meter away. Most people can manage with that for a 1 night stay such as yours. We make the most of the spaces we have - they were built 50 yrs ago so doing pretty well considering , and at a low cost to you the traveller..

There's very little honesty in this review. You were in a lovely unit and we don't have any mice at the moment, I haven't seen mouse poo in years actually. The hand basin is clean but as it's a plastic surface we can't do anything about the little crack mines. We'd love to replace it but corner basins aren't being made anymore so it has to wait until the whole unit gets an upgrade.

Thanks for your positive review Grant but just to clarify we don't offer Emergency Housing and haven't for nearly 2 yrs. All our guests are short term workers/ holiday makers.

Ricky (HArkamai) you have stayed here 3 previous times but on this stay you breached the rules. There is a VERY good reason we set the latest check out time as 10am everyday BUT it is MOST important when we are full capacity. ALWAYS vacate the unit before 10am, NO EXCUSES. We have a business to run and time frames to deliver within.
