Hi VickiYes, the kitchenette is on the edge of the bathroom. A new blind was on order and arrived the day after you stayed. There were heavy drapes in the room so not sure why the light was bright at night. Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.

Wow! the words look fancy but hope you had a lovely stay. By looking at Grandioso I presume you did.

Hi, Pleased you enjoyed your stay other than the party. It was a particularly quiet night so the sound did travel. I thought of you when it ended at 12.20am. Unfortunately to keep us afloat we have functions I try and place guest furthest away but we were fully booked so had no choice. I do advertise that accommodation is above the function rooms. My apology.

Hi Carlos. I am sorry you didn't get your adjustable shower nozzle. I have double checked today with marketing and the room allocation is double or triple or family. Yes, we do have functions to keep us afloat but do try to put people not attending further away. Unfortunately due to people staying friday and saturday I was unable to do that for you. It was lovely to meet you and sorry your stay wasn't as good as you would of hoped. My apology.

Hi Bailey, so sorry you didn't have a good experience. Functions did finish at 11pm and 12.15am. I saw everyone off the premise and saw no fights so not sure what you heard. Upon checking in I did mention functions were on. It was nice to meet you all though.
