The room was comfortable. Bed area is a bit tight for bed access, but comfy bed. Breakfast Buffett and coffee was quite good. Great choices with healthy options.

We travel through out the world. Never seen a bathroom so dirty and filthy like this place, it was like 3 rd world bathroom not cleaned properly ( probably wont see such bathrooms in a hotel stay even in a 3rd world country). We arrived at 3:15 AM ( flight was late) for a 1 night stat and had 2 big bags. By the time we realized bathroom was filthy and dirty, we unpacked stuff from our bag and also kids were alseep in the beds. That is the reason we did not complain, We will never stay in a springhills suite by marriot.

We chose this property bc it had good pricing and convenient to many of the things we wanted to do. The room was a little small but comfortable for just the 2 of us. Everything was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was hot and had great variety.

Terrible experience at night there's no hot water, but next morning has burning water.Our room had a broken light and dirty bathtub. The engineer was docile and unresponsive, as well as the fact that they did not seem to particularly care about our situation.

The woman at the front desk on the morning shift was rude and should not be in customer service. She was NOT welcoming at all. Even when I was checking out I was the only one there and she saw me and some guy came around me and she helped him first. I said to her that I was standing there first and no one was there and she said I thought he was with you. She is a liar because no one was there when I was there. She didn’t even say she was sorry or how was your vacation. All the ladies at the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. The elevator was not always working. Our room sink and tub were so clogged with hair that both would fill up while using them. We stood in water in the shower. I reported it to another staff member. As you walked in the lobby it smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. We stayed in many hotels on this trip, many Marriotts and this is the first one that we did not like. Everyone in all the other hotels were very nice and welcoming. This ruined our time from the minute we walked into the hotel she was rude. I came early and she didn’t even say hello and welcome she said our check in is at 4 pm. Nothing else. You do not greet someone like that. We will never go back there again.

Lights out in parking lot. Couldn’t drop off suitcases for fear of being towed!! Unfriendly unwelcoming staff. Asked for different pillows for 2 days before getting them. Furniture and carpet old looking. Breakfast was good. No public hand sanitizer. Inconvenient parking.

Check in people were great. Friendly, helpful, efficient and welcoming. Parts of the property looked fairly new and others not so new. Decent place to stay. Did not like the noise from other guests. Doors had so much open around them, there is no privacy. Connecting door between meant I heard every loud yell from them, every slammed door, and every knock (so many) on a door in the hall. Didn’t sleep much.

The hotel and our room was clean and the breakfast is excellent. But by far the best, was the staff. Everyone was so nice & cheerful and they interacted easily with all guests. Good job team!!!

Though the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and you feel like you are visiting friends. I had requested that my room not be freshened while I was there but the cleaning staff came in anyway, which was a little upsetting, but all in all, I would highly recommend this little jewel in Boca.

Goos customer service.
For some reason my room had been canceled.But the front desk guy reinstated was very nice,gave us rooms near a family member who was also staying there.great customer sevice,great variety breakfast choices..Rooms i rate 4/5 their was cat or dog hard food left on the side near the kitchen area.other then that great place!

It was very dirty we stayed for 6 days and no room cleaning during our stay. They advertised as double sofa but it was single and it was disgusting. I don’t understand how this hotel has 8.4 it should be something like 6 max. Stay away

The only great thing about this property is the concierge named Florence and the nice breakfast ladies. The rooms need updating and the hotel matinenance staff are horribly accommodating. Would not start here ever again.

Even though we confirmed our reservation someone at the front desk marked it as a no show. Unbeknownst to us! We were given a room but not the room we reserved totally unprofessional! The room was old and dirty! The towel bar was missing looked like it was ripped from the wall. The bathtub was gritty and there was mold on the ceiling above the sink and it smelled like cigarettes!! Disgusting!
