The (door) to the bathroom did not close, it was a sliding door that just came to the end of the opening, did not provide any privacy. The thermostat was really difficult to adjust, if the temp was too cold then if you raised it, the heat would come on. Constantly working to get it to cool, then after heat.

The bedsheets were not clean the floor was peeling. There was mildew on the ceiling and the bathroom was not even clean as well. Left as soon as I saw the condition of the room I instead reserved at a different location

This property is old and run down. From dirt on the walls to mold in the bathroom. This place has a continental breakfast with very little choices. Bran flakes, old brown bananas, and a waffle maker. Total waste of money. There is a Holiday inn close by that would be a better choice.

I walked in to the property to see people standing and smoking weed. Scared the hell out of me. Went in to the lobby and felt more weed in there. The lobby didn't look good. The room was in a dingy corner on the first floor. The bed was a really small bed with horrible square pillows. The breakfast in the morning was very minimal, no one to support and replenish breakfast items Overall, really not a good experience and I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

Too Pricey For What You Get
This was surprisingly one of the cheapest places near Boca Raton and it was probably worth about half of that. Rooms were dated and had a slight odor and weren't super clean. Issues with the TV (Winston however was very nice and came to help us fix it). There are a few shops along the road and some places to eat, but other than that I don't think we'd pay that much to stay here again.

When I get there to do check in. Lobby counter you can see that its not, very dusty. Clerk seemed sick, he claims it was food poisoning. He was hurdled over in pain and cursing. Room was dirty. Floor was bad, raised planks and uneven. Dirty sheets.

Keep looking, you'll find a better one.
The hotel is run down and needs some repairs and regular maintenance. Rooms smelled of cigarettes (rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking) and humidity. I had to spray the whole room with Febreze. The sink was clogged on the second use, the bathroom was missing some tiles, and the bathtub had some stains. For a couple of bucks more you can get a more decent hotel.

It's a low price motel with a complementary breakfast. Safe and secure. If you're looking for a place to stop and spend the night on the way to your destination, it's a good place. If you're looking for a place to stay at for your vacation, you should go somewhere else.
