This place is gross. The first thing I saw when pulling into the parking lot was trash everywhere. There were open bags of trash all throughout the parking lot and right outside the door of the rooms. There was a pile of trash directly outside of my room. There were used feminine pads strewn about the parking lot. I get into the room and it immediately smells like someone had been chain smoking in there. This was supposed to be a non smoking building. I went into the bathroom where there were hair shavings on the counter. The tub had some black stuff on the bottom that washed away when I turned the shower on. All the towels were stained. In the bed I felt like there might have been bed bugs I was itching all night. The other occupants were loud and ghetto. Their grab and go “breakfast” was gross too. I would never recommend this place and I wish I could get a refund.

This particular room fire alarm battery missing lamp no bulbs carpet very dirty and greasy room smell pott and grea very bad I stay few hours because was late I visit the office and let them know I cancel and the condition stuff was not caring about my complaint I ask for cancellation and left sorry for paid for one night

My family and I have stayed at a few Extended Stay locations in the past, so our experience here was unexpected. The bathrooms were disgusting. The pullout sofa was old and dirty. The mattress was all box spring and unusable. When we pulled it back to put on the bedsheet pieces of it were falling off, and it looked so bad we were afraid to even touch the mattress.

The bath tub was dirty, trash in kitchen and bathroom was full upon arrival. Bathroom sick was also dirty. No pad on ironing board. Towels were soiled. No toilet paper in bathroom. Breakfast is a lie. Coffee and hot water was cold and that was the entire breakfast

This place is a dump! No where near worth $200!! Faucet broken, Formica cracked, sink dirty! The only other place I ‘ve stayed was the dump in Boynton Beach ! You need to check these places out before you push them!! Oh, and no full breakfast, just a grab-n-go!! And it was crap!!

The staff was pleasant but never leave the front office . The space of our suite was good for a family of four (pull out sofa), king bed and two full baths. The hotel itself is in major need of upkeep. Housekeeping is every 2 weeks. Empty your own trash and if you want clean towels you have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and you may or may not receive clean ones in place. The pull out mattress was disgusting, stains all over. The window curtains also stained, and gum stuck to the pull out couch. The mothball odor of the room was horrible. It was likely trying to cover up the smoke smell. We had cigarette smoke coming through our vents every morning and night. The hotel staff did nothing about this. The hotel is also located next to train tracks with trains passing through multiple times every hour, day and night that shake the entire building. The heat from the front room smelled like it was burning. The heat in the main room was freezing and maintenance, after multiple calls couldn’t fix it. Worst hotel stay ever. BEWARE!!

The doors and room is damaged, broken and old doors , limited supplies, very terrible service!!!! Was racing went there and asked for extra towels no answer, then was told in the morning that they don’t offer extra towels!!! Cupboard door was split in two and hanging, bathroom door is water soaked and falling apart. Very old and run down .

Quite literally the dirtiest and worst 'hotel' i've ever stayed at. Roadside motels are better and 1/4 the price! Ants in the bathtub, roaches in the master. Carpet damp and an overwhelming smell of chemicals - as if the room smells were so bad they saturated the carpet with something else. The "Grab & Go" breakfast. 2 month EXPIRED bars, they ran out of outmeal. The second day - still nothing. Staff said "their breakfast shipment didn't arrive". There's a costco down the street. The owners clearly show they dont care. Avoid this location.

Staff was helpful. Room was in disrepair. There was a hole in the bathroom door, fridge was rusty, tub was peeling, drawers could not be opened, no TV remote. Room was overpriced. We were disappointed. I would not recommend Extended Stay to anyone.

I wasn't able to check into my room for over FOUR HOURS. They kept telling me "the room wasn't ready and the people that were in there before left a mess". They wouldn't give me a new room and the when I finally did get to the room one of the bathrooms still had cleaning supplies all over and was still a disgusting mess and completely unusable. It was unbelievably gross and I'm shocked no one has given me ANY sort of apology or compensation.

The kitchen cabinets look like some thing from the 1990s. There were no cups forks, silverware, pots and pans or plates to use so make the kitchen area totally useless.
